Excellent product equalled only by superb advice ( and patience!) from Paul. My only complaint is that, thanks to Paul, I'm spending FAR too much time in my chair!!

We were in the Recliner Showroom
just before Christmas and were surprised how big a selection of Recliners that they have in stock.
Paul showed us a number of recliners and was very helpful to us with our requirements. We purchased a recliner which was delivered to us the next day

My mother is delighted with the tilt in space recliner Paul helped her choose. He was extremely patient and kind and Mam tried numerous models until she was fully satisfied. Paul is not at all pushy about buying extra accessories or anything, he is very focused on the customer buying the right product for their needs. We chose a fabric that was not available on one of his current large showroom stock but it still came into stock promptly exactly when Paul said it would. Paul delivered to Athlone and my mother is so comfortable in the chair, it gives her great ease of movement and a comfortable place to rest in the daytime, she loves it.

During a visit to my father in September, I began looking for a chair that was a comfortable seat and could also be used for taking naps. An internet search selected The Recliner Showroom as the first option. Since I was in the area one day, I visited the showroom unannounced. However, visits are by appointment only and the showroom was closed. I called Paul (the owner) from outside the showroom and we arranged to meet back at the showroom the following day. During the initial phone conversation, Paul enquired about who the chair was for and what my father's needs were. He gave me instructions about measurements that would help select the best chair for my father.

The next day, Paul spent a considerable amount of time showing me the pros and cons of various recliners. He also answered all the questions I had. We settled on a particular model but I told Paul I would confirm the purchase with him in a couple of days. I asked him when the chair could be delivered after the sale was confirmed. He said it would either be the same day or the next day.

A few days later, I called Paul to let him know we definitely wanted to buy the recliner. As promised, he delivered and installed it the following afternoon. The ease and comfort provided by the recliner were a blessing to my father in the subsequent weeks and months before he passed away.

At every stage of the process, Paul was thoroughly professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with him and the customer service was exceptional.

We purchased a recliner riser chair for my 88 year old mother. Paul was most helpful. There was an excellent section of chairs to choose from and Paul clearly explained all the options.

My mother was very happy with what she saw and the selection process was very easy. Paul delivered and installed the chair last week. Mam is very happy with the chair.

Following years of slouching on my sofa while watching TV, I had developed hip and neck pain. I was advised by my physiotherapist to get a supportive upright chair. Horror, I thought, as I like my comforts. Paul quickly identified a few recliner options to tick all the boxes. We were delighted with the service Paul gave us. From the minute we made the appointment on Monday to when we took delivery of the recliner in Waterford on Wednesday, he was a true professional. We would recommend this company to anybody.

We went to the Reclinier Show Rooms and my wife purchases a electric recliner as she has a back problem. Paul was more than helpful when he heard Clare's problem.
We ordered a petit reclinier chair and it was duely delivered. After a day Clare was not happy as to tight. Paul arrived with the next size and whow we are so happy with the new chair and the different style back cushions.
Also we got a form from The Recliner Showrooms, which was signed by the doctor and yes she got her VAT back on the chair.
It's over a month now and we could not be happier.

I would highly recommend Paul and the recliner showroom. I rang for an appointment on a Friday afternoon and was sitting at home in my new recliner that evening. Excellent knowledge and advise on the right chair for me.

Phoned for an appointment to view recliners, got an appointment that afternoon. As we were short of time once we had selected one, our chair was delivered within an hour! Paul was very helpful, matching the type of chair to the requirements of his customer. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Paul was extremely helpful when I visited the showroom and spent a very generous amount of his time explaining the benfits of the different chairs and demonstrating each of them. When I selected my chair, it was in stock and Paul himself delivered it within a week. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would recommend the showrooms for anybody with mobility issues, SOONER rather than later.
