Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what would suit best in a chair for my father. He is very comfortable with the new chair, and it suits his needs exactly. Very quick delivery and at exactly the time set. Paul set up the chair in the room and took lots of time to explain and demonstrate to my father. I cannot express enough how professional, friendly and helpful the service we got from Paul.

If you need a recliner chair,look no further than here. I have chronic lower back pain and I am not in average size man, i am over 6 feet with a long back and legs. Finding a Riser recliner to perfectly fit was near impossible until i contacted Paul after reading wonderful reviews.I am so glad i did, he called back very quickly and we talked through my needs and decided a bespoke chair built to my size would be best. We went through all size requirements for base, back and i insisted on the heat and massage options,was told a couple weeks and to the date he said recieved the call he is on the way with my new chair. Personal delivery to cavan,chair arrived and all features demonstrated.Excellent service and cant highly compliment enough.A pleasant experience from first contact to delivery.Fantastic service

Paul was so helpful - I saw a review here & called him. My 89 year old Dad's recliner suddenly stopped working in a reclined position - he needed it badly. Paul went to his house as soon as I contacted him, fixed it and saved my Dad a load of money by repairing rather than replacing parts. Much appreciated

(It looks like I'm in the US but I'm in Kildare! I was using a VPN when I hit 'submit' on the review) I contacted Paul because I wanted a recliner to sleep in after surgery and surgery was the following week so I couldn't wait for one to be ordered. He was beyond helpful. I went to the Bray showroom and tried a few chairs which were all very comfortable. I wasn't willing to spend a huge amount so Paul didn't push me into the more expensive ones which I really appreciated. He had 2 chairs in stock that were absolutely perfect and at an excellent price. I've slept in one of them for the past week and I'm very grateful to him!
