We recently received delivery of our recliners and we are very happy with the service received. The quality of both the advice and the product was first class.

I popped into The Recliner Showroom in early March 2025 after booking an appointment with Paul—and WOW, what an experience!

The showroom itself is filled with an absolutely massive range of chairs to choose from. It felt like the Disneyland of recliners! I have a medical condition, so finding the right chair was important, and this is where Paul really shined. His expertise was spot on, and he made what could have been a stressful decision into an enjoyable one.

On top of that, Paul’s sense of humour is brilliant—shopping with him felt more like chatting with an old friend. He made the whole process not just smooth, but genuinely fun.

I paid the deposit —delivery the very next day! Now that’s service.

Paid a visit to Paul's new showroom. He couldn't do enough for us while there. Fantastic selection of recliner armchairs. I was lucky enough to be able to pick my new chair from his stock. Visited Paul on Saturday, new chair delivered and installed on Monday. 5 star service. Am so so happy with my new recliner armchair. No more struggles trying to get out of a seat after my total knee replacement. Paul is extremely knowledgeable in this special field of expertise. Wishing him continued success in his business.

Thanks to Paul for his expert help fixing an electric riser chair for my Mam who had just come out of hospital. The leg riser part was broken and Paul sourced the actuator part almost immediately & fitted it for a very reasonable price, sorting it all in a few hours. He is very knowledgeable about all makes of chairs and has a comprehensive stock of parts. Eventhough it was the weekend, he arranged to meet outside business hours. This level of customer service is unique. We are very grateful to Paul for his exemplary troubleshooting powers👏

Highly recommend a purchase from the recliner showroom.
I was tasked with a purchase of a mobility type chair for my organisation for a recovery room.
I rang as I had some queries regarding the chair we had originally chosen. Paul was extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with. After speaking with him and given him all of our specs he actually recommended a more suitable chair, and also mentioned us coming to visit the showrooms so we could see ourselves. This new chair was a little cheaper which I feel shows that they really want to make sure that you are getting the correct fit for your needs.
Paul delivered the chair himself to our offices and set it up and showed me how it works.
It is perfect for our needs and I really cant recommend the company enough.

I called down to Paul in his nice new showrooms in Wexford as I had heard that he was the person to go to. Having visited other furniture shops and showrooms, this was a different and much better experience. Paul listened carefully to my issues namely neck and shoulder pain and a loss of mobility. He helped me select a suitable chair and showed me all the possible choices in fabric and colour but there was no heavy sell. My chair arrived as promised and I’m thrilled with it!

Fantastic service! We needed a motorised recliner in a hurry for my Dad who has mobility issues as his previous chair was old and the motor had broken. The Recliner Showroom delivered a recliner to the house in Monaghan in 2 days and staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The chair itself is of excellent quality, very comfortable and works so well. Highly recommended.

We needed a riser recliner chair where my wife could comfortably recover after two shoulder surgeries.
The chair we bought was used as a day and night bed for 3 months. It was extremely comfortable. Paul recommends a chair to suit individual needs.
He delivered the chair on the same afternoon and really cares about the product he offers and the customers needs.
All riser recliners are definitely not the same. It is worth getting a chair specifically suited to your needs.

One big regret on purchasing a bespoke recliner from the Recliner Showroom ..................... I did not buy it years ago. I am a very tall guy six foot four plus who has had two replacement knee operations. standard chairs are built for standard people with the result all chairs are too low for me and getting from a seated position to standing is very difficult and painful. I used to put three or four cushions on the chair to raise the seating level which in itself worked to a degree however this meant the back of the chair was effectively low somy head and shoulders were unsupported, result discomfort after sitting for a period of time. Paul had the chair made for me measuring my knee to ankle, measuring my hip to top of head and my hip width. He even measured what height my elbows were from the seat of the chair. After picking the upholstery fabric the chair was delivered to my home where Paul made all neccessary adjustments. Result complete comfort in all positions from upright sitting to relaxed sleeping to lying horizontal for a snooze. however the major advantage is when getting up from the chair to a standing position totally painless and effort free!!!! As I said I regret not getting a personalised chair made for me years ago as I spend three to five hours each day sitting in it every day in TOTAL COMFORT!
