Level 2 Survey with a Market Valuation
I have instructed Aaron twice now, the first time was for a RICS valuation and most recently for a Level 2 survey with a Market Valuation. The communication was brilliant from quotation through to receiving the report. Aaron is so friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. We had a 20 minute call after the survey was completed. Aaron was very thorough when explaining his findings and answered all my questions. The final report was sent to me in less than 48 hours later. I will definitely choose Aaron again in future and highly recommend him.

Thorough Survey and Professional Service

Would thoroughly recommend The Real Estate Group who I have now used on two occasions. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on both occasions. Aaron, the surveyor kept me informed quickly and thoroughly without being overly technical.
Fees were also very reasonable when compared to alternative organisations that provided me with quotes for the same work.

Aaron was superb from the start to finish. The report was very comprehensive, easy to read and categorised brilliantly. Lot of photos demonstrating a thorough survey was conducted and areas of concern.
He called me after the survey and spent a lot of time going through his finding and reassuring me of the concerns found and corrective measures.
I'd highly recommend Aaron if you need a survey conducting.
