Disappointed that the minimum holding period for withdrawals is 30 days but understand the reasoning behind it. Everything else works well. Platform stability is good and I haven't had any downtime issues. Customer support responses are a bit slow sometimes though, took 8 hours on one occasion.

Lost my account in month one trying to scalp FX pairs. They offered a reload at half cost instead of making me restart from zero again. Most firms would've let me walk. That approach tells you something about how they value longer term trader development over quick commission extraction.

Great prop firm. Excellent payouts, no hidden rules which may prevent payouts. The response for any quesries was good.
