Inconsistent to non existent
The portal was not kept up to date consistently and the service from those who called were inconsistent.
One lady in particular was really helpful, but another seemed reluctant to do anything I wanted help with from her check in calls. The check in calls then wained until they stopped completely and I am working directly with the excellent conveyancing solicitor now.

Great conveyancing team
Thought my conveyancers ( tiger law) were great. Very responsive ( not the norm!) and human! Would definitely recommend. Thought the property portal stuff was clunky, behind events and an unnecessary extra hurdle instead of being useful
