You find out how good a company are when things go wrong. I’ve left it a couple of months before writing this review just in case but we are very happy with our car. They are easy to deal with and no hard sell. The first car we bought went wrong (sometimes cars do). After it was fixed it went wrong again. They delivered a courtesy car and worked with us to ensure we were not left high and dry. We changed the car and again an easy transaction. This car has been everything we wanted it to be. This is not your usual car sales place. A refreshing and genuine approach. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future. (Would like our bits back from the boot of the first car though please!) Thank you for your help.

I love buying pre-loved clothes, it’s such a great idea! I recently bought 2 Christmas outfits for less than 1 would cost at a well-known high-street shop. Have also sold some items to this company & love that they will go to a new home.

Always a great experience ordering from the Preloved company. Recently bought a number of Xmas items for the kids in which everything was in great condition and represented brilliant value for money. Lucky enough to live locally and collection is free and ready quickly after ordering. Will keep coming back :-)

I love this company. Their great condition second hand clothes have kept my baby's wardrobe full at a fraction of the price of new - and it's enabled us to be more eco too as we've given each item more wear than they might otherwise have had. Good customer service too and convenient post or collection options.
