Seller doesn’t ship on time and it took multiple emails to try and resolve. Still have not received my product.

UPDATE: The merchants response is completely false. I waited to contact them after my last preorder was available. They failed to respond to me so I had no choice but to submit a chargeback. I still haven't received any product from them so I'm a little confused how I can enjoy it when it was never received.

I get nervous with these so called "mystery boxes" just because of all the scams out there these days. This is not one of those scams. You get quite the bang for your buck. Great quantity, variety, and quality!!! Highly recommended.

It states that you have refunded the full amount of the refund, but not the shipping costs. I have inquired about this point both in the website chat and by email, but have not received a response. Therefore, I am writing to say that I was only charged for shipping and that my inquiry was ignored.
I am writing this as a matter of fact because I received a request for a review via email. If you are asking for a correction, please let me know the specific part.
As for the address, it is hard to believe that it is inadequate because it is an address that exists and other mail has been received from Japan and the US. Even if it was insufficient, wouldn't that be a reason to charge me for postage and not reply to my mail?Why would I give you an incorrect address in the first place?You get paid to be stingy with the address and take the shipping charge.

Never got the product I was promised I was going to give at least one star but took it off on second thought keep the one star at least you took the order but didn’t send it!

It's been 8 days my order is still not shipped I don't understand and won't answer my messages no cool

I ordered a case and only received 1 of each box instead of the greninja/ kingdra boxes and they have yet to reply to any of my emails

The outer box was damaged and probably should have been taped better on the top since the edges broke off. Inner cases were good, so no issues with the actual items, and I'm very happy.

Tried to cancel a pre-order because it was duplicate and I had yet to pay for it. The refused and told me that would have to pay for it, wait and get it delivered in several months and the return it with shipping cost to me.

Great box. Got the $50 and got about $60 worth of Scarlett and Violet content. They gave me a big ex bundle as well as 2 smaller rare bundles and a poke collectors hand book. Ended up getting 2 $40+ cards in the packs as well as 4 other ex’s. Good experience except I was going on a vacation in a week and a half and the shipping said 3-5 days, it took 8 business days. Was scared it would sit on my porch the whole time but I got it the day of me leaving. Not bad just inconvenient listing. My big problem is I forgot to leave a review and I have gotten 3 messages a day for a week. Therefore is a half star for the shipping and 1.5 stars for the nagging. Would buy again though

I dislike that their were more multiples of the same card than I expected. But i enjoyed it i gave my multiples to a young pokemon fan. I like that I received it quickly.
