Super patient and attentive service, as always. This time I was really dropping the ball on my end because of health issues that have been affecting my daily life, but they were super understanding about my missing several details and fixed those slip-ups for me very kindly. Which helps a lot, because I tend to only shop here when I really want a super-specific custom Pokemon and want a mental health pick-me-up, but health and life keep me from getting the little dudes myself. So, excellent as always, 10/10 Lil’ Fellas Dealer.

The service was fast and completed the order in about 10mins and the support was friendly and kind.

Didn't read that deliveries were only during certain hours. (whoops) but as soon as I woke up and got in contact, delivery was done with 15 minutes of messaging support. Process was quick and easy and I get my shiny charm now

Great, does what it say

Great experience, nice friendly and fast delivery.

Fast and perfect!

Fantastic!! Fast response and great service!

They are extremely efficient and respond within minutes. The product gets delivered real fast without any issue I highly recommend to use this service.

Fast. Reliable. Honest. Scarlet/Violet really upset me when I migrated my pokemon from Sword and Shield. Pokefactory is a great solution to this. Saved me hours of playtime.

Amazing Service, Fast Delivery, great communcation, and apreciation for the customer, i asked if i could make an order for an extra pokemon and they gifted it to me for free!

Great fast service communication is great just follow the instructions for flawless service

They are the real deal, they are fast accommodating and give you exactly what you ask for. Not only will I come to them again in the future but I'll be sure to recommend it to my friends

Super fast good prices definitely my first choice when looking for anything Pokemon related

Just had my very first trade, and it's amazing! Super fast, legit, and now I finally have a Walking Wake and Iron Leaves because I missed the event every single time. For a buck extra you can even put your own trainer name and trainer ID on the mons as well, love it!

The person helping me went above and beyond what what was asked. I’d happily order from here again!

Second time using Pokefactory and it's a great service. Delivered quickly and amazing customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hand or old events they've missed!

Fast and trust worthy. The fine people behind this website are amazing at what they do. I have purchased several items from this website and always recieve them in a timely matter. Their payment source is secure. I have used my personal bank account and PayPal. Your bank may flag it as fraud attempt like mine did but I confirmed it wasn't fraud and had absolutely zero issues. I'm very leary about shopping 3rd party sites but this site I do trust and recommend. All pokemon are legal except the shiny locked ones, so buy at your own risk. Happy shopping everyone!!

I used this site before and the live chat was very helpful helping me out playing Pokémon games. I would recommend to a friend for sure.
