I was skeptical at first.. I even placed my order on my lunchbreak while I was at work hours before I would be home to complete the transaction and they pulled through, ready to trade within 5 mins. I noticed one of my Pokémon was not in the correct ball during the trade process so they fixed the problem for me immediately. I recommend editing the OT name just an FYI it will say PokeFactory, the only pokemon i didnt edit the OT name on had it.

Great experience. They were quick to get back to me and they really helped me out!

Very good communication and overall excellent service I would rate it ten stars if I could

Great website! I get all the shiny pokemon I want! Gotta flex 💪

Just amazing and OMG moment. $7 for Miriadon & Koriadon. 🤯🤯🤯 Didn't believe at 1st. Thought it was a hoax and a scam but I took a chance and ended up with them 2. I will HIGHLY recommend this website to Pokémon Trainers that I know so this website/company can stay afloat.... 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Purchased from them recently. Very satisfied with the product. Only problem was setting up a delivery as their site said delivery in 15 minutes and I didn’t hear from them for several days, but also could’ve been due to holidays. Otherwise I’m very satisfied with my purchase

Purchased a ditto from them I’ve always wanted and they delivered in very short time. Live chat was very useful and no doubt you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. Very trustworthy as well.

Pretty quick took about 13 minutes for the trade to happen. Decently priced to got a perfect shiny ditto with a destiny knot.

I ordered a Slowbro from here and it was quick and easy. No issues aside from not being able to have it in a master ball which was a default choice and didn't change. They fixed it no problem and I received exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be a returning customer. Don't hesitate to ask for help.

Wow extremely fast service , and the person who helped me was amazing and fast with replies and fast with the trades deeply appreciate pokefactory . A plus plus service
