The ordered item was cut precisely as ordered and very securely packaged for transit (as in it took some while to remove the layers of bubble wrap!)

I originally ordered one cut to size plain perspex sheet, it took about 10 days to arrive . We replaced a broken sheet of glass and the product was perfect.
I have now requested samples of tinted perspex for another replacement, I have had a few emails and so far Im really impressed with the response, very helpful and professional.
