Great product and price. The reps and design team were very helpful. Will be using them moving forward.

Another incredible order in the books! This team is awesome - from design to production, they are so helpful! And the packaging lead times are so fast! I will continue to use them again and again :)

I am looking for some new packaging options for my product. I requested a sample packet to review package sizing, designs etc. The samples arrived quickly and now I need to decide what I would like !

We had lots of questions about the process and some hiccups along the way. It was zero issue getting assistance, and our finished product came out exactly as we hoped.

Package Lab is great. They are not the cheapest, but they are competitive, and you get fast production times + customer service. They will actually work with you and answer your questions. The fast turnaround time has helped my business out in a jam several times. Also they are not overseas, so you can get fast shipping from the midwest. One thing to note: On the last batch, I did have 7 pouches split open and I lost the product during shipment to my 3PL, but they did give me some extras in that shipment, so it sorta covered that except for the lost product. This has happened before with this size pouch, so I wasn't surprised.

My experience with The Packaging Lab was excellent! I received free samples quickly, so I was able to select the appropriate size package to make sure the dimensions worked for my product. The artwork templates were helpful to make sure our design worked as anticipated. The finished product was what I expected and more! Service was quick and the quality was great! Very happy!

The personalized service was AMAZING!!! We had help designing our bags and Abbey listened to our ideas and knocked it out of the park!! We are beyond pleased and will definitely use them for other projects in the future. We highly recommend them!!!

I was in a crunch for custom packaging with only 2 weeks to get them produced and delivered. The team at The Packaging Lab was so helpful in providing the best, most cost-efficient options to get my bags produced and delivered on time. The bags themselves are great quality and the printing was perfect! I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to others.

Quick reply and mailing the samples. However, I am looking for a package with a valve for the coffee and really wanted to see that.

I’m extremely pleased with the custom pouch packaging from the pkg lab. The attention to detail and high-quality materials used exceeded my expectations.

Samples arrived very fast they look amazing I just need to ask a few questions Do u make little see through boxes for fudge ? And do I submit the ingredients and u put in packing and u need bags about 10 inches king 5 to 6 inches wide that stand up for suckers And what r ur prices

I had an excellent experience with The Packaging Lab. These guys are great at simplifying things for a novice like me who wanted to order packaging but did not have any knowledge of the material and what could work better. Greg from the design team not only answered all my questions very patiently but also guided me towards making the best decision. He provided me with updates at each step and helped me thoroughly to reach the finish line. My product packaging came out amazingly well. Communication, Customer service and packaging knowledge are all top notch here. They genuinely work towards making your endeavor a success. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Packaging Lab. You have earned a repeat customer here.

Packaging lab has always been super fast and helpful. They have a personal touch. Reasonable people and high quality. I moved all of our packaging to them and wish they did labels and child resistant because I’d have moved everything else there too!

The fast response and quick shipment of samples.

From receiving the amazing sample pack, to their communication with me throughout the process, to the BEAUTIFUL bags we received, every single part of ordering from The Packaging Lab exceeded our expectations. We're a new business so the lower minimum order quantities, no design fees, and free FedEx ground shipping were ultimately what helped us choose to engage with The Packaging Lab and we are SO HAPPY we did!
