I've just ordered another 3 x packets of the Salmon Jerky! Tikka Mango Gilltong! wow unreal taste I love it. Can't wait to try the smoked salmon pate also ordered. The fish freezes well and keeps it fresh. The salmon in the packets are high quality and taste super duper! I'll be a long standing customer me thinks. Love it!

I owe this company an apology so I thought I'd do it this way.

I am a fairly infrequent customer, placing orders once a year. The salmon is great, freezes perfectly without deterioration. I personally would prefer a slightly boozier cure to it, but I cannot deny this is excellent salmon so I oscillate between this and Forman and Field these days.

I took advantage of a free shipping deal, thinking they would dispatch the following day as I was going on holiday later in the week. Dispatch date was set for the date I'd be away. This is my fault for assuming, BTW, the website does clearly state "within three days".

Emailed the company far too grumpy a message. They replied immediately to say no problem, tell us when you're back, we can hold your order til then. And did.

So thank you, and please have a sincere five star review appreciation post because your customer service was great in the face of my poor manners!

Phenomenal salmon - ruins shop bought forever. Amazing customer service - had a problem with delivery (DPD's usual failings) and they resent the order straight away.

I ordered the Ultimate Taster Pack for my father in law's birthday, and despite an unfortunate courier blip (caused by me, and very seamlessly dealt with by James at The Pished Fish) it arrived and he was delighted with it. The products are beautifully packaged and taste amazing!
Plus the customer service has been above and beyond expectations so thank you to James and the Team. We will definitely be ordering again.

If you love smoked salmon, you need to try this.

I came across an advert for pished fish smoked salmon on Facebook and as a lover of smoked salmon I thought I’d give it a go. After reading all the reviews and seeing some of the short videos that they’ve created I generally thought…. Meh sounds to good to be true… how different can it really be?!

I cannot lie this is 100% the best smoked salmon I’ve ever eaten in my life. This salmon does not compare in any capacity to anything you’d ever get in the supermarket, even the really fancy stuff that tells you it’s been dry aged for 500 days or the salmon swim with mermaids etc?!!

The flavours /texture and thickness of these cuts is incredible. I think my favourite product so far has been the dark and stormy, followed by the smoked salmon pate, which I ate with a spoon in one sitting and finally the salmon jerky.

If you’re a smoked salmon lover, just give it a go. It’s a decadent treat yes but it’s worth it.

Our delivery arrived beautifully packaged as usual with the ice block completely intact. Whilst we have eaten 2 of our packs (absolutely delicious!) the rest have been promptly frozen for another day. It's such a delight to know that they are there. Anyway, Spring is almost upon us and an idea came to mind when I unpacked our salmon. The insulation is made out of wool, a natural product which is now being put to really good use in one of our birdfeeders. No, they're not going to eat it of course but they will raise their chicks in the warmest of nests in our garden this year and in fact they have already started to pick at it! Wonderful smoked salmon for us, a nod to recycling and the songbirds are very happy! Thank you Pished Fish.

Have just received my 4th order from The Pished Fish (PF). As usual, the quality of the salmon is exceptional. The attention to detail - the salmon, the cut, the use of ingredients to enhance flavour of the fish - is second to none. Had a minor issue with the courier today, let James know at PF and the issue was swiftly resolved. Uniquely delicious fish, great service. What more do you want? I’ll be back!

I have just placed my sixth or seventh order today. Smoke Salmon is not what you think it is and until you try the gloriously luxurious Salmon from the Pished Fish you will sadly be unaware of the delights that could await you. I eat every morsel that gets delivered to our house, my partner and children are blissfully unaware of the delight that this fish is.... long may that continue

Bought a mixed pack as a gift for my daughter in law. Due to auto fill the delivery address and billing address both became corrupted. Contacted the company and they quickly sorted the problem and items were delivered quickly. Quality was great and very enjoyable.

This style of dressing up “fish” just isn’t good. The problem is it is impossible to realise just how fantastic it is until you actually try it. It is absolutely sensational and no words can do it justice.

This is a top tear company, setting standards others should try and follow. Product is first class, ordering is simple, delivery is perfect..Great to see a British Company setting high standards…

This will be the first review of a few for The Pished Fish. I'll add more as I eat more of what's just arrived.

First of all, a word about the courier. DPD were their usual efficient selves. The driver was courteous and the delivery was on time, and their tracking communications were accurate.

Next, the quality of the packaging from the company, bearing in mind that they were shipping fresh food. There was the usual outer plastic wrapping with the delivery address and other information on it. Inside was some thick woolen/kapok style packing to insulate the smoked salmon and other bits and pieces, the layers of which were interspersed with thin frozen icepacks to keep the whole lot cool. In short the packaging was excellent.

After unpacking it all I put the various smoked salmon packages and the paté in the fridge. I opened the Gilltong (clever name for salmon biltong!) and took it to my office to nibble on. It lasted ten minutes. It was absolutely delicious: top marks for taste and texture. I'll definitely be buying this again.

Ordered several times and each time has been a delight. Salmon tastes so much better than the mass produced packs from the supermarket.
Always lots of special deals on which actually makes it comparable to shop prices but the difference in quality is huge. Always kept up to date with the delivery details and your custom is valued.

I’ve always loved smoked salmon and I can truly say that this is the best I have ever had. It’s not just the varied flavours but the fact that the slices are a decent thickness. So much smoked salmon is cut so thinly you can practically see through it. And the texture… oh my! Meltingly tender but a proper mouthful. I know there are various ways of using it but just hoofing it down straight out of the packet is as good as any. It is necessarily not cheap but I think worth every penny.

The best smoked salmon I’ve had in ages. Bought the Ultimate Smoked Salmon Taster Pack for the Hubby’s birthday. We have tried the pate and the pale ale salmon both of which were excellent. Use by dates were not too long but varied so we don’t have to eat them all at once, although we wouldn’t have minded 😂. Will be ordering again.

This is the best smoked salmon I have ever tasted. So much variety of flavours and great customer service.

OMG the Gilltong was out of this world and I love the pate but the “Erik the red “ salmon was actually delicious and so colourful on the plate - highly recommend

I ordered half a side of the Classic and James went the extra mile to make sure it was the right choice for my guests who have particular dietary requirements. The parcel was delivered well in time and I can't say enough good things about the slices in which the fish is presented. Easy to handle, no waste, looks perfect on a platter. Every bite was delicious. Will definitely order again.

Beautiful salmon delicately flavoured and absolutely delicious. They also made sure I got my delivery on time to take on my holiday which made it all the more enjoyable. Thank you guys you did a great job!! Just placed another order today and very much looking forward to my next delivery.
