2nd review. Taking my money elsewhere...

2nd review. 1st review found below...

Company promised to make up for the their lack of customer service and poor turn-around from my first order; however, the process seemed just as bad the 2nd time around. Communication was poor as it took days waiting for a follow up. I reached out to ask about tracking 3 weeks ago and have not received any response back as to where my current order is. I gave them another chance, but I was fooled to believe I could trust them as business partners. Writing a review seems to be the only way to really get their attention.

1st review that was asked to be deleted by them last year:

"I ordered back in July and at the time they were very responsive to my e-mails and had a proposed delivery time in mid Aug. Once I submitted my order, communication became sparse and my order has still not been fulfilled (currently 8 Sep 2020). I reached out multiple times and got responses claiming my package was being packed, but I have yet to receive a tracking number weeks later. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, customer service and overall professionalism. This seems to be a trend as their is a similar situation which occurred earlier this year on March 9, 2020."

Excellent customer service!

We worked with Ben, who did a great job from start to finish. He provided us with proofs with an excellent turnaround time, as we were on a bit of a time crunch. When the pins came in, they were great quality, but they did have a misprint. We reached out to him and Ben got back to us immediately the next morning and provided a solution we are very happy with. Superb customer service from Ben and The Pin Zone! Definitely will continue to order with them!

Best pin company ever!

Whenever I have questions or want status updates, they are quick to respond! All the pins I’ve ordered have come out amazing and I trust them to execute all my ideas :) 10/10 would recommend

Expensive, Late and Awesome Pins!

The initial process was delightful, very polite and the graphics were designed well. The prices are higher than advertised on your website and the turn around time is 2 weeks beyond what was quoted. Product itself is AMAZING!

I truly do apologize for providing anything less than a 5-Star service. I have checked into each of your issues and will address both below:

First, I do see your pins arrived a few days later than anticipated. And I would like to express my apologizes again. When it comes to production we have done absolutely everything on our end to keep on track. However, the current world climate due to Covid can cause for a few delays outside of our control. As well, we do have a notice on the top of each ordering page that says there is potential of a delay due to Covid.

Secondly, I do believe we have one of the most competitive price points in our industry. If you feel that you have been over charged; I will be more than happy to price match with any other corresponding quote. It is always our top priority to provide best in class service at an extremely reasonable fee.

If I was not able to completely answer any questions or concerns you may still have. I am always available via our phone line or direct email.

Lovely pins!

Lovely pins! I found the ordering process to be much easier than previous vendors. Also Ben & Ross were expectantly helpful!

Went great, however a few issues

Ordering was very easy and simple to understand, but the final product, 10 out of my 25 pins had printing issues, lines were lost and there were a lot of overlapping colors. So only 15 were in condition to sell in my shop. They fulfilled all of my requests but the quality was somewhat lost due to printing issues. I love my pins and I know filling issues can happen, but 40% of my total pins had very noticeable issues that weren’t suitable for my shop, and small business.

Amazing color match!

Hands down some of the best people around. At some points support slows down but still always responsive. And my pins arrived on time with by far the closet color match I have ever seen!

UPDATED They took my money and never sent me an…

EDIT: Eventually got product. Obviously more understanding given current circumstance... My feedback still remains that the communication could have been better. Now that they got the product out they have improved a lot. Hope they learned the lesson of more communication but I also understand how stressful it must have been. Upgrading to 3 stars as their product overall was good.

EDIT: They have gotten back in touch with me and are sending me my order soon. Will update once I receive it.

They took my money and never sent me an order. I can't get in contact with them or get a refund. While they were responsive at first... they seem to be a scam. Do NOT work with them.

I will edit this if things change but I'm not hopeful.

Don't buy from ThePinZone!!!

Ordered pins for my company and never received them. At first, the person who contacted me (Ben) was very responsive. However, he became less and less responsive as time went by, and I should have noticed the red flags but I needed to reach my deadline so I ignored them. Purchased the pins and paid extra for faster shipping, but there were absolutely no updates after the order confirmation. After days of trying to email and call for an update (with no response), I decided to cancel my order. I still haven't received any response, and it's been weeks.
