I had placed an order#10843 with ThePetCare company. The money was taken at the time of online purchase but the product was never sent. No responses on phone, WhatsApp or messages. After several follow-ups on email my order was canceleld but the refund was never given. This company is fraud and are absolute cheat and scamsters. Never buy products from them via online or WhatsApp.

I ordered an Item - Royal Canin Babydog Milk for Puppies on may 30-2023. Amount - ₹1,377.00.
Till now the item is not shipped. They didnot respond any of my email. I didnot get any refund or any response from them.

I too was a victim to this scam site. I ordered 10kg pedigree on 27 Sep, which never got shipped. No response to email, whatsapp, or call. I went to instamojo, who is their payment gateway and submitted a case for refund today. Refund has been initiated for me. I urge every one of you to go to your email, open the email from Instamojo, click on Report an issue. Sign up with insta mojo and create a case for your transaction. Select appropriate reason for disputing your transaction. In my case, I chose Product not delivered. All the best. Let's get these buggers to close their shop.

They are fraud, just because of them i ran out of supply for my puppy..
And they don't have shame for same, instead of getting in this all fraud & scam they should start begging…better than making fraud/ scam in name of pets foods.

They are cheaters and traps customers by offering low prices for products. I gave order worth Rs 6000 vide number 10866 dated 17/08/2023.
They have neither despatched product nor refunded amount to me.
Please don't fall in trap of these buggers

This is a scamster run site. Ordered dog food and got cheated. When asked for return they started abusing over phone calls, whatsapp and sms.

If you have been scammed write to customercare at ccavenue dot com with your order details. Describing your issue in detail. Also contact your card or bank provider with these details to mark a dispute on the transaction.

Scammer are running this site, please don't buy anything from this fraud site... I am thankful to god that i didn't ordered anything otherwise i also lost my money... Everybody should complaint for this fraud site..

If there was a negative rating possible, I would have given -100 to the PetCare. This is a fraudulent website to source money from customers and not give the product/refund. I am sad to know that I’m the victim of their many of the frauds and scams.
These people are scamsters. Every penny they are earning with this will be taken by God in some other manner

I have ordered dog food since two months and not received my money back or the product. The order number is 9918 placed on 8th june. I wish I had read reviews and this site before. I will be complaining in consumer forum. I don't understand how this site is still up and running with so many fraud complaints.

I made a mistake of not reading reviews before ordering on this website for the very first time. Cheated of Rs.6000.

- Product never dispatched

- no one responds on Whatsapp messages or calls

- phone number shows invalid if you try to call

Bottom line - this is a site set up only to scam people. Do not fall for their prices which seem attractive. It is meant to lure people into paying for their products which would never be dispatched.

P.S. I can share screenshots of the entire chat conversations as evidence, if required

I bought Farmina dog food on 18th of July and til date I have not recived the product.
they are big time cheats which I can understand from these reviews. I am going to file case in cyber crime and Also write mail to their payment gateway to ensure they are banned from doing this scam online.

what a shame people stoop to such level, if they had talent to make a website maybe they should have done some ethical business.

They have taken my money and didn't deliver the product. They are still sponsoring their site on Google and YouTube. Please everyone report their ads on Google and YouTube. And also register complaint on Crime Branch.

The one star which I have given is equal to -10 negative star,
They are just opposite to their name, don't care about any pet or any responsibility to deliver order,

They are cheats. Forgot about my order. When I enquired about it after 7 days of order placed, they remembered and shipped the order. I kept asking for tracking ID or order ID or any sort of document to track the order shipment....but NO RESPONSE. On top of this they are EXTREMELY RUDE. When questioned about the order, they said I can cancel order and take refund......after 10days of placing order. Their mail ID and what's app number is of no use. They only respond in two or three words max and after a certain point (when you are really frustrated) they just stop responding. I will no recommend ThePetCare to anyone. THEY ARE THE WORSE!!!!!!

And the even worst part is, when I asked them if they are even ashamed of themselves, they called me on WhatsApp and started abusing with a really bad language. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS? AND WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE THEY????? I AM NOW SCARED IF THEY ARE EVEN CAPABLE OF HARMING PEOPLE

This guy is scamming people for money by showing lower prices and not delivering any product. Customer service is not responsive. Kindly avoid ordering form the website.

This portal is a complete fraud site. They barely have any of the products though they show as available on their portal. They take payment and do not send any product. If a query is raised, the customer care sends abusive messages. This is a fraud site run by some hooligans. I had a very tough time getting my money refunded. There should be some regulation to shut down such bogus portals. Only when I threatened of legal action, they initiated refund. I'm really disturbed with the experience.

Placed an order on 14th June 2023, till date no response on mail or WhatsApp, no tracking, they are complete scamsters and we are victims of cyber crime. My order number is #10002. His pls don't fall for their tempting prices cause they will never deliver.
