I've always had an amazing experience coming to perfume shop in Surrey Quays. All the staff are amazing and ready to help. Their manager is incredibly supportive and helpful. I was welcomed by a staff member called Mai when visiting the store this week. They were friendly and very knowledgable about the perfumes, and told me about the different ‘notes’ of the perfumes. I wasn’t looking for anything in particular but they recommended a few fragrances after I said I liked sweet, floral scents. I am happy with my purchase and can’t wait to start wearing this new fragrance!

Carole is a Star
Carole was absolutely amazing, she was professional, polite and helpful. I popped in to get a perfume for my husbands birthday and I was very indecisive but Carole really put me at ease and even when other customers needed Carole attention she always let me know she was just going to help and come back to me. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like a valued customer, I really hope Carole gets recognised for her great customer service and thank you.

Great customer service!
Karol has great customer care and personality! 10/10 ! I had forgotten my points card and she help me set up a new one in second, even informed me that I can merge the 2 cards together next time I'm in! What a star!

As someone who isn't familiar with perfumes at all, I was very nervous when selecting one for my mom as her birthday gift. I'm so glad I visited this branch because my server Mai was super attentive and helpful in asking me the right questions so that she could recommend me the best choice! I definitely felt like I was in safe hands. My mom loves the perfume and was very impressed with my choice :)

I normally don't write reviews but it has been a while since I got such good customer service.
I received excellent customer service from Mai during my visit on 8th April.
She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the fragrances. There were no pushy sales and she took her time to explain and let me smelled the samples.
