What an excellent customer service my wife and I received from Stratford center branch, Diane make the shopping an exciting experience and we are grateful she served us

Shaz went above and beyond in the service she provided. I came in for one perfume but based on her amazing recommendation I happily left with two in tow. Was service with a smile, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable in perfumes creating the ideal experience. Shaz deserves great level of recognition and praise in my opinion with her handling of my interaction.

A staff member called Shaz was incredibly helpful to me; I had not realised that I had to know the exact amount of money on my gift cards before the transaction could be tapped into the till; Shaz helped me navigate right the way through the process. She was extremely friendly and patient, very adept at helping me realise the best and most economic way of buying the product I wanted. This shop can often be crowded out with customers; I chose to go early on a Tuesday afternoon when it was comfortably full but I did not have to wait; Shaz had offered help within a few seconds of my entering the shop, even though she had been busy with organising the counter display teddy bears! Shaz also made sure that my new points were recorded on my account; very helpful of her as I did not have my Perfume Shop card with me at the time. I will definitely be using the Perfume Shop again, this is the third time I have visited and each time I have experienced great support and help from the staff.

She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient, making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. The store also has an impressive collection of perfumes to choose from. Highly recommend this shop for both the fantastic service and great variety!

Found my receipt! Came over from Essex to visit another shop, popped in here and was greeted by a really helpful and lovely girl named Shaz. Ended up buying another Xmas present for the family! It’s customer service like this that makes people go to the shops rather than shop online, sadly not everyone values customer service the same. Well done Shaz, I would shop there more if local.
