I thought I will receive sample of perfume but I didn’t get anything, the last spice bomb I bought was because the sample was being sent to me. So I appreciate samples alot, it makes me know more fragrances am suppose to buy.

I visited the perfume shop two days ago & today as well, to buy perfumes for my sister & my boyfriend’s mum. I experienced great customer service by Jamie he was extremely nice & helpful, he knew exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend stopping by & speaking with Jamie, he’s super knowledgeable on the different scents. The staff were friendly and helpful when I bought the product. But when I had to return this product due to getting the wrong item, the shop was locked despite me getting there over 10 minutes before closing on Sunday 20th July. I knocked on the door to motion for the girl at the till to come, and she respondedy with a careless shrug of the shoulders and ignored me. I took my business elsewhere and went To the Fragrance shop.

I went today trying to find a sweet scent for myself and the two employees Jaime and Donica really helped me and gave me a range of scents that I really liked. They were very friendly, passionate about their work and make the whole experience great. I wanted to buy the whole store from what they showed me! Would recommend them! I hope they get the recognition that they deserve.
