Superb customer service from Hassan!
Superb customer service from Hassan at the Centre: Milton Keynes shop. I popped in to make a quick enquiry about a discontinuing perfume I wanted to grab as many of, before I left for a trip. He really tried to match the price to the boutique Dior perfume I found elsewhere and gave me exceptional and tailored customer service from start to finish, that was both memorable and friendly. I visited today looking for a gift box for my colleague and met Hasaam, he took time to advise and guide me. he even wrapped up my boxes as I I ended up purchasing 2 perfumes based on he's excellent recommendation
Hasaam has a great customer service skills , he's an amazing asset to Perfume and to us customers.

Late delivery and got charged for the delivery option that i choose but was not delivered on the the chosen day.
Everything went bad, especially the payment, I choose next day delivery and and I got my order like almost a week later, meanwhile I paid for the delivery fee which is next day delivery. And I got a message from royal mail that my parcel has been delivered meanwhile it was not till 2 two days later that I received it. Customer service is really hard to get in contact with which was really frustrating

Even though I had very little knowledge on brands, smells and being able to describe what I wanted he was very helpful and took time to narrow down what I was looking for. 100% recommended will definitely be coming back
