I was served by Mimi she was so patient with me as I was choosing a new fragrance for my wedding and couldn’t for the life of me make my mind up. She had great knowledge on some of the perfumes I was interested in and asked me loads of questions to get to know me and what I like. Great customer service will definitely come back to this store.

the staff in the store were helpful and considerate and because the item i required was not in stock it was emphasized that it would not cot me any more if i signed up to the newsletter and the item would be delivered to my door which is was within a few days
