Visited the perfume shop in Trostre on Thursday the 31st and met the amazing Helena.
Incredible customer service, friendly.
Helped me with a purchase for my fiance then spent the next 20 minutes going through as many fragrances that ,contained patchouli, as she could find after mentioning it was my favourite.
We spoke about our Italian heritage.
We decided on the new dolce and gabbana fragrance light blue 'capri in love'. Perfection.
Loads of sample fragrances were added for my fiance and myself.
Helena is an incredible asset to the company. You know you've had an incredible experience when your not telling people what you brought and how much but the experience you recieved.

Visited your Llanelli store in Parc Trostre. Was greeted by the wonderful Bonnie. Bonnie was amazing. Such a friendly welcoming staff member. She was patient with myself and my parents. She's very knowledgeable. Couldn't have some better in the job.

I was served yesterday afternoon by a most helpful lady called Helena. She was so knowledgeable and took her time and didn’t rush me to choose a gift for my Mother. I told her what she usually liked and then came up with a new perfume suggestion so I took a chance bought it and gave to her and all I can say is her reaction was perfect! Her words ‘nicest ever had’. So thank you so much Helena and I did say I would let you know if she liked it and she LOVED it! I’ll definitely come back to you again

I bought Explorer Extreme EDP today. Bonnie at Llanelli was super helpful, smiling, and helped us find the right perfume. You're the best, Bonnie, and I'll be back.

Great service from Helena today instore in Trostre. Asked if needed help and gave us a wide range of testers, gave some advice re Marc Jacobs range and the beautifully gift wrapped and ribbon tied my two fragrances. Very friendly and also chatty and knowledgable. Thanks!

went to the perfume shop in llanelli and was greeted by bonnie who made our experience the best was grabbing different scents for us to smell which is nice when you initially go in for a certain scent and may end up finding something else you like so it was really nice to have them options and had so much patience for all our questions always had a smile on her face and so willing to help

The perfume shop is my favourite shop ever, they are so generous with there free gift lovely staff especially a lady named Bonnie very understanding tells and shows you the best offers.

The staff (Bonnie & Casey) were really helpful.

Budget of £ 30.00 landed up spending £100.00.

I was served by Helena, what a beautiful lady. Smiled as soon as I walked in, was so knowledgable about all the perfumes. I wanted a perfume for my husband and he’s so fussy, she made it a lot easier for me to narrow down to one perfume and it’s definitely the right choice.

Bonnie was an absolute delight truly a standout talent in her field. Her knowledge of colognes and perfumes is nothing short of encyclopedic; she knew everything there was to know about every scent on the shelf. As someone with a notoriously terrible sense of smell, I was grateful for her patience and guidance. She took the time to understand what I liked (or thought I liked) and helped me choose a few incredible sprays that I wouldn't have picked on my own. Her professionalism, warmth, and spot-on recommendations made the whole experience not just easy but enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to see Bonnie for her expertise and for the confidence she gave me in finally smelling good!

We popped into the Parc Trostre store in Llanelli today and were greeted by two smiley ladies. Had pleasant interactions with both ladies whilst my husband and I browsed the store.
Unsure on what to purchase on this occasion, Helena stepped in to assist. She was personable, friendly and knew her fragrances. She was so lovely and absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed chatting with her without feeling rushed at all. Her positivity
and helpfulness was amazing.
We purchased 2 perfumes, 2 aftershaves and a set of 3 atomisers. We only went in for an aftershave. Helena's customer service was exceptional and she truly is an asset to the Llanelli store. We will definitely be returning soon to make more purchases. Thank you.
