Had a really lovely experience…
Had a really lovely experience yesterday in The Perfume Shop Liverpool. The service was brilliant, really friendly and made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in.
I don’t have the best sense of smell, but the staff were so patient and took the time to ask about my aunty and the kind of things she likes so we could find a fragrance she’d enjoy. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, they just genuinely wanted to help.
Proper nice atmosphere in the shop, I had a good experience all round. Really appreciated the time and care that went into helping me pick the right perfume.

I was shopping in Liverpool just happened to go in the perfume shop looking for for some perfume for a friend.A lovely lady called Jennifer help me because I wasn’t sure what to get friend for her birthday.Jenifer asked what her favourite flower scent dose she like and would you like a day wear or evening .i was so impressed of how well Jenifer knew the perfumes that’s available in shop .I bought the perfume and was very happy it was in my budget as well .
