I went into the Lewisham store…
I went into the Lewisham store yesterday and was greeted with a lovely gentleman called Nash, I was initially extremely anxious and nervous to come out on my own due to suffering with my anxiety. He made me feel extremely calm and comfortable within the store and gave me exceptional customer service and made me feel so comfortable and put a smile on my face witch I haven’t had in such a long time. Once leaving the store I felt such at ease and relaxed to continue my day ahead of me

Wonderful Experience
I did my annual perfume shopping yesterday at the perfume shop in Lewisham. I had researched 12 options. And then l met Suzanne. Knowledgeable, great customer service, a big smile at all times and incredible service. She offered several options, made suggestions of alternatives.
