I had an excellent experience at the Perfume Shop thanks to Brianna (Highcross store). I came into the store feeling quite stressed after having some negative experiences in other shops, where I felt I hadn't been treated very well. Brianna took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns, and made me feel valued as a customer.
She was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating throughout my visit. Her knowledge and advice were outstanding, and she helped me make the right choice without any pressure. What really stood out was her genuine kindness and professionalism, which completely turned my day around.
Customer service like this is rare, and Brianna is a real credit to the Perfume Shop. I left feeling happy, appreciated, and confident in my purchase. Thank you, Brianna, for providing such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this store based on the excellent service I received.

I had a wonderful experience at the perfume shop in Leicester recently. The store had a great selection of fragrances, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. What made my visit even better was the outstanding help from two colleagues(Aaisha,Alpana) who were incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
