Had a fantastic experience in the shop
Had a fantastic experience in the Inverness branch of this shop. The assistant that served me (Cameron) was very helpful. She asked loads of questions regarding what type of fragrance I usually wear, how and when I wear it. She gave me various samples to try and made a recommendation. I purchased said recommendation and now wear it all the time (Flowers and Flames by YSL). I will return in the future.

Execellent service in the inverness…
Execellent service in the inverness syore on saturday. My partner and i had gone to get some new smellys, and we was served by aurora, the best staff member we have come across therebyet. Nothing was a bother, very friendly and welcoming.

In a word - Excellent
Excellent shopping experience from a lovely lady, Aurora, who was helping out at the Inverness store. Could not be more helpful, felt like I got VIP service. Aurora normally works in Edinburgh but was helping out up in Inverness. She shared a lot of praise and respect for her colleagues in Inverness, I will certainly go back. Thank you once again

Belated bday pressie
Bought a perfume for my daughters birthday though at the time I couldn't afford it due to no job but now I have & wanted to get her something she loved & lots to choose from but I opted for her fav. Delivery was quick though went to neighbour which was fine but I didn't choose this but maybe the royal mail knows so it's fine. I opted for gift wrapped either gold or black & added a ribbon( fee) . My daughter absolutely loves it all. I've been to my local perfume shop in inverness & staff are so friendly & helpful but my daughter stays outwith that's why I got it posted. So happy.

Fantastic customer service
Debbie from Inverness store was very welcoming and friendly and took her time to serve me and share her wide knowledge of the perfumes available and because of this I purchased 2 different brands of perfumes for my 2 sisters which was not plan. Thank you Debbie😀
