Thank you for the little extra testers and for your smiles. I shouldn't be shocked when I receive great customer service but I am these days (makes me sound ancient)!!! I'll be back to the shop for more. The staff were lovely last Christmas too which is why I came back on Friday. Thanks again and when you have grumpy customers just remember the fun ones too 😉

Having purchased the wrong perfume
Having purchased the wrong perfume for my wife for Christmas I needed to exchange for the right one. The young gentleman in the shop was very helpful and sorted it out for me as they did not have the one I needed in stock he kindly ordered for me and it was delivered five days later.
