I received a letter, but my retirement date was wrong. I was able to talk through what would happen with regards to extending the end date.

Been waiting for one letter for a whole month I don't think it's good enough when I keep phoning up I'll get the same response that always been sent it's been sent and I've had nothing should be more vigilant and careful when you talk to people about sending letters that have not been sent within a month apart from that your customer team is very helpful

Impenetrable System When things go wrong
I am just so fed up with the upload system as an employer - I spent yesterday morning on the helpline and to be fair both support team members were absolutely lovely but I still can't upload my contributions. I've tried manual, I've tried file upload and at this point I just want to throw my laptop out of my window. The most byzantine and opaque system. I mean why has it stopped working - it was totally find for the last 16 months.
I shall be looking for an alternative provider as soon as possible because this is far too consuming.
I just want to get on with my day and I have spent maybe 4 hours trying to do what should be a very simple task.
