Do NOT I applaud you, buy from this company. Quality is appalling, cheap, flimsy synthetic material & returns policy is a farce! Advertise "100% money back guarantee. Return & full refund" only to be told that the "shipping costs" are the responsibility of the customer & returns have to be made to their warehouse in China!!! CHINA!!! Nowhere does it makes any reference to China, nor state this in the returns policy Business transacts as a UK business but a complete mispresentation of their actual operation! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a fake frontage for a Chinese scam!
I somehow got sucked into a Facebook scam and sent for a pair of shoes that I thought looked like what I wanted... even measured my feet using the guide on the website.. I fell for the fake info about the two sisters form London! I waited ages for the shoes to arrive and was horrified with the cheap and ugly shoes when they eventually arrived.. But worse, still, they wer e much too big - least two sizes!
Then I was told, when I said I wanted a refund, that I could only expect a 20% refund, as the shipping was my responsibility and that would be the price of the original shoes - almost £30!
I took the refund(about £6) and kept the crappy shoes...I will not be able to use them... I'm so sick that I fell for this scam.

Ordered mules when they finally arrived the smell of chemicals was unbelievable made of plastic, cost to return to China more than price of shoes, offered an insulting 20% refund, says on website sent from London by Royal Mail, they actually come from China!

I fell for a Facebook ad selling lovely looking slip on suede shoes reduced from £40 to £26.00. To say I was disappointed with the quality is an understatement...they weren't worth a tenner..really cheap plastic soles and the thinnest faux suede ever. Tried to send back and was told it would be almost £30 to send them to China. They offered a 20% refund...talked them into 30% (should have been at least 50% refunded). Sizing also questionable. Would not recommend this rip-off sham of a company.

It’s a scam imo. The goods come from China and are nothing like what you think you have ordered. You live and learn😐

As the other reviews would give zero or less if I could. Should have come on here before buying. Delivery took way longer than expected as obviously the products came from China, shockingly bad quality. I’ve bought off Temu and SHEIN and they are way better and way cheaper. No response to customer contact form for a return , and the email address is invalid.
Avoid at all costs. Reported to trading standards.

If I could award a zero, I would.
I ordered a pair of leather comfort clogs - what turned up from China a couple of weeks later were a pair of the cheapest, shoddiest pieces of plastic rubbish masquerading as footwear. I foolishly did not listen to my instincts that were telling me this deal was too good to be true.
The Pemberton Sisters London have absolutely nothing to do with London - they are a fraudulent bunch of Chinese thieves who give China a bad name.
If you apply for a refund, they only offer 20% of what you paid or a 30% discount off a future purchase.
I would rather sit down and drink arsenic with the devil that trade with them again, so I just had to accept a 20% refund and put the so called shoes in the bin.
Don't buy anything from them unless you enjoy being a sucker for punishment.

OMG I wish I had checked trustpilot before. Another dreadful waste of money and effort. I ordered what I thought looked like a linen printed top. And a pair of mules. What arrived was a 100% polyester printed (badly) top and a pair of cheap mules that looked like they had come from Temu - sorry Temu sellers.

The dress i ordered arrived and its made of nylon and it dosent look anything like the photo on the website. I cant get a full refund without sending back to China. The website is misleading...talking about a London Boutique and 2 sisters etc. Its a Chinese company. It is thoroughly awful.

Avoid this company. Bought some shoes originally priced at £80, on sale for £24. They arrived later than was promised & no joke, they are hideous. I checked the tracking & they were shipped from China. If I wanted cheap & nasty I could have got them elsewhere. Requested a refund & have been given a 20% refund as its too complicated for Pemberton Sisters to sort it out. Appalling.

This company is a SHAM. Don’t be fooled by the secure payment system and false positive reviews on their website ……it’s a complete fabrication.
I bought two pairs of shoes in mid May 2026…..payment taken from my bank BUT no order confirmation, followed by no delivery followed by complaint emails never replied. I won’t get my money back - which makes it deception.
Now disappeared from FB - am I surprised ? Not now, I only hope others do their due diligence before buying and take heed of the poor reviews here.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of mules from the company. Disgusting! False advertisement. Shoes arrived 10 days after ordering made from very cheap materials not suede as described. The shoes also had what can only be described as mould on them. Do not buy from this company not as it seems.

Do not be misled by fancy looking adverts and fake reviews. Woefully poor quality products which take forever to arrive and frankly, you will probably want to put them straight in the bin. Cheap and horrible. Avoid!!

I put in an online order for two pairs of shoes from this company advertising itself as a UK London-based family outfit with focus on eco-friendly shopping. Clearly this is a TEMU-like outfit from China. I have received half of my order 10 days later than promised the second pair is outstanding and the shoes are cheap materials over some sort of composite cardboard not worth the sale price paid much less the full price. Steer clear. This shop is not what it first appears to be.
