Very nice support. Someone hacked in my profile and made a purchase, and they promptly issued a refund upon request

SCAM They will charge you for subscription even if you choose one-off purchase and will keep renewing. Do not recommend.

SCAM. They offered to remove the watermark from a picture for $ 0.59, but they charged $ 80 to the same account I used to pay this minor fee a week later.
When I authorized the payment of the $0.59, there was no clear information that I was signing up for any memberships.

SCAM SITE, I purchased one $0.59 document and then 3 days later they charged tried to charge me $80. Luckily PayPal caught it. This is a complete total scam. Stay away from this company. They are based in Greece and are horrible and nothing but a scam.

Site took payment for a transcription via automated AI. this is quick and easy and out of convenience I used it for a small fee of around a dollar equivalent. The file given was just gibberish - no legible words. I found an alternative supplier, they flat out refused to refund me under T&C's. Taking into account how easy this process is, this is clearly a straight up scam that is not linked to an AI agent. I tried to get a refund, and I stated I would log it if they didn't comply. The did not. My assumption is this is priced low enough for visitors to not bother to try another actually free site. And not high enough for people to pursue recovery.

DO NOT USE THEM. It’s one of those scams where they make you pay like a dollar to get a document and then secretly in the throngs of their terms and conditions start charging you 30 dollar subscription fee. The best part is that I didn’t even get my original document and couldn’t sign into my own account, had no ability to reset my password. So $31 down the drain for literally nothing. What upsets me the most is that I was never notified that I would start receiving these charges. They purposely put it in the fine print and never send an email or confirmation or a “heads up your gonna be charged” They are scummy and deceitful people. This is not a trustworthy company. While I was trying to just do something more convenient they took advantage of that and now I’m dealing with a headache. Avoid them like the plague. There are so many better options out there.
