I had a great experience using Paystubs.com. The website is very easy to navigate, and the whole process of creating a pay stub was quick and straightforward. I appreciated how simple it was to enter the information and generate a professional-looking document within minutes.

Very dissatisfied! Does not provide what is paid for. Even after making requested selections, it was not uploaded.

Paystubs.com does not differentiate from one year pay period to the next and runs the pay year to date totals through to the next years totals. They then tell you that you have to purchase the years separately even though it shows them divided by year markers in their system as you fill in the info. This in turn makes the price for the stubs more if you purchase less items on an order taking away from the sales offers for purchasing more at a time. Therefore, making you have to spend more money to buy less paystubs on one separate orders for the prior year amount needed, and then having to start another year separate in order to keep the year-to-date calculations correct. There is also an issue with tax deductions getting auto calculated in even if you have put the settings to contractor without deductions for the government. Their offer to fix this issue is to have you submit and pay for the order prior to it being correct on the stubs created in their system, in hopes that someone there will be able to correct them after the fact and get you the corrected stubs. Cross your fingers since you already paid. The idea is cool, but they need to work on correcting these glitches in their IT system to provide the price they are charging for you to have pay stubs printed out from their system.
