J'ai passé deux commandes sur ce site et à part un fard reçu cassé tous les autres étaient en parfait état et absolument splendides. Les duos chromes sont beaux sans plus mais les multichromes sont absolument fabuleux!!! Pour 4 fards achetés le 5 ème est offert (bon le moins cher...j'avais pris 5 multichromes et un duo chrome et ils voulaient offrir le duo chrome donc je l'ai enlevé de mon panier pour avoir une meilleur réduction en prenant que les multichromes). J'suis très satisfaite de la qualité des fards, ils sont pas poudreux, plutot texture un peu gélifiée donc pas du chutes de fards sur les joues et le rendu est superbe surtout par dessus une base noire. Ils ont des reflets vraiment incroyables!!! J'ai passé une seconde commande et j'ai pris une palette aimantée pour ranger tous mes fards dedans. J'me suis un peu ruinée avec mes deux commandes mais je regrettes vraiment pas et j'ai hâte de passer d'autre commandes ^^ .

Fantastic black Friday deal. Received them a few days back. They're beautiful! I've only had chance to test one shade (beetle) . Used with beauty bay eye primer, plouise mattes then nyx glitter glue then the pastel roses shadow. Stayed put all day. Very pretty. Can't wait to use the rest of the shades 😍
They were all packaged really well too. Not a single broken shadow.

I only wear eyeshadow very occasionally but am fascinated with duo- and multichrome shadows. Most brands I was able to turn up were not UK based, so I was happy to discover Pastel Roses. I have a few of their shadows now and two magnetic pallets to put them in (only because they initially sent me the wrong one and when I asked to swap it they sent me the right one free of charge). In each of my orders so far they included an extra shadow as a free gift. I love each and every single one of the ones I have and have been gifted, and have had some for over a year. My latest order arrived while I was on holiday and the courier left it in a hedge next to my door - I was fully expecting the cold and wet weather to have ruined the contents of the parcel, but all shadows were intact and perfectly dry (by which I just mean, packaging holds up). I'm a picky customer generally, but haven't found any reason to not recommend this brand, their products are excellent quality, their customer service is brilliant and super accommodating and their prices are really good too. I may be an infrequent customer for my own reasons but definitely a returning one. :)

Good sale prices, beautiful eyeshadows and my order was packaged extremely securely . Good postage costs too and I got a free gift.
Will definitely purchase from them again.

Ci tenevo a scrivere una recensione perché se ne avessi trovata una prima di ordinare non l'avrei fatto.
Voglio premettere che non ho nulla contro l'azienda e anzi sono stati molto carini e onesti, infatti mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma è doverosa nei confronti di possibili acquirenti italiani così che sappiano a cosa possono andare incontro.
Ho fatto un ordine di alcuni ombretti in occasione del black friday, quindi stiamo parlando di fine novembre. Prima di fare un ordine ho cercato opinioni da italiani, ho trovato soltanto un video su Youtube in cui parlavano bene del sito e inoltre dicevano che alla consegna non si pagava la dogana. Diciamo che mi sono ingenuamente fidata della parola della youtuber e quindi ho fatto l'ordine, anche se sul loro sito c'è scritto chiaramente che non sono responsabili di eventuali costi doganali.
Passano i giorni e non ricevo nulla, loro mi mandano un'email per informarmi che stanno avendo problemi con tutte le spedizioni in Italia a causa di Poste Italiane. In effetti col codice di tracking vedo che il pacco ha lasciato il Regno Unito i primi di dicembre, ma intanto passano le settimane e non ricevo nulla.
Loro mi mandano altre due o tre email, sempre per tenermi aggiornata sui ritardi di Poste Italiane, e questo glielo riconosco come segno di grande correttezza.
Eccoci arrivati a oggi, dopo ben due mesi ho ricevuto il mio pacco. Pacco che in tutto questo tempo può essere rimasto esposto a intemperie, umidità, ecc. ecc. e visto che contiene ombretti che devo utilizzare sul mio viso non è proprio il massimo. Inoltre ho dovuto pagare alla postina circa 15 euro di costi doganali, a fronte di una spesa di circa 60 euro.
Spendo due parole per gli ombretti che sono molto belli, in particolare quelli duochrome hanno un effetto notevole, e purtroppo ombretti duochrome così belli in Europa non si trovano. Un paio di cialdine purtroppo sono arrivate leggermente sbriciolate in superficie, ma appunto in due mesi questo pacco ne avrà passate di ogni!
Insomma, chiunque legga questa recensione saprà decidere se vale la pena rischiare di affrontare questo calvario per comprare dei cosmetici, se io avessi letto una recensione come questa non avrei mai acquistato.
Sono sicuramente un'azienda serissima, come ho ribadito più volte, ma purtroppo per chi vive in Italia penso non convenga comprare da loro.
