I placed a large order at the end of December for a number of items of furniture and I spoke to Lloyd personally over the phone to arrange. By buying through The Pack Design I was able to save around £800 compared to if I had purchased from other furniture suppliers. We arranged for the furniture to be delivered in March as I didn’t need it until then. In March I spoke to Lloyd as one of the items was still out of stock, so I had to wait a few more weeks which wasn’t a problem. Lloyd was great at communicating, he always answered my calls and texts when I was enquiring about the delivery date. I had all of the furniture delivered last week, it was assembled by the delivery men and all the packaging was taken away. I am delighted with the quality of the furniture and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from The Pack Design again.

I ordered a rug months ago that said it would be around a week delivery. It never arrived. I was told it was out of stock and would be in stock mid march so i agreed to wait. Mid march came and went, still nothing. Its now mid april, i still dont have the rug or a refund. Terrible service.

Very poor customer service. Website allowed us to order the product when they did not have suitable stock. The Company fed back that their stock was damaged and that they had to wait for another delivery. The communication was poor throughout the process with Pack Design and we had to chase them up for information on several occasions. After two months of waiting and many unanswered emails, we eventually cancelled our order. Would not recommend.

After ordering something I was waiting and waiting but I did not receive my item, nor a dispatch email or any communication. I followed up with them via the chat facility which resulted in still no item. Eventually - weeks later - the situation was rectified when I contacted via email, so you can rely on the fact that once you contact them that they are honest and eventually help you. However I have given a 2 star as the company simply needs to improve its management of items once they are ordered. They don’t check orders have been dispatched. I had to repeatedly contact them in order to find out what was going on and when I did, I kept being told the order has been completed…yet I had not received the item so therefore more following up from me. I would expect far higher customer care from a company. It simply should not take the length of time it did to receive an item from the initial order date nor should the customer have to be chasing for their item so a few improvements are needed their end. But ultimately you can trust they will help you get the situation rectified.

I had ordered a vase which hadn't arrived after 10 days. I dropped an email and was promptly responded to by Lloyd. It turns out the item had not been dispatched but this would be rectified and dispatched immediately.

The item arrived a couple of days later but turned out to the be the wrong size and smaller than the one ordered. When I flagged this again with Lloyd he quickly responded and advised that there had been a mix up and the wrong item had been dispatched but that unfortunately the correct item was no longer in stock. Disappointing as this was, I was offered a full refund which was processed the same day and advised that I would not need to return the incorrect item.

You might question why I would give this company a 5 star review when I didn't get what I wanted but customer service is easy when nothing goes wrong. The issues I encountered were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction and communication was clear and prompt. As a result I would not hesitate to order from them again for future purchases.

Order placed early Jan 2024 with maximum delivery time of 10 days. Chased end of the month and received a poor reply 'will look into this tomorrow.' No reply, the next day, re chased and told item will be arriving in 2 weeks and offered a discount which was never credited and 2 weeks later, again no item and no communication. Requested a refund twice, ignored. Poor customer service, never received a refund and had to report through my credit card company who opened a case. Essentially thieves.. would avoid at all costs!

I ordered this sideboard before Christmas and the delivery was estimated mid December. I didn’t get it until Mid February so unfortunately this company is somewhat at the mercy of an unreliable supplier. However they kept in touch and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I like their products and was encouraged by them keeping in touch so I would use them again.

Bought 3 rugs that they said were in stock. Had to chase for a shipment date so i could be home to receive them, kept being told they are chasing the supplier. Then i get an email saying that they cannot supply so will refund. Refund 1 failed to appear and refund 2 is pending !
Avoid this company at all costs !!

Ordered and paid for an item in December as there were “ 7 in stock “ 3 months later item not received . Managed to get refund through my bank thankfully

Can’t fault this company at all communication was brilliant all of my queries were answered no matter how difficult I was as a customer, I was always reassured, delivery today and couldn’t be any more please with my new bed!

I placed an order for a clock in December 2023. Delivery was supposed to be within 2 weeks. I received an email, informing me that there is a delay and that stock will arrive mid February 2024. I was offered a refund or 10% discount should I wait. I decided to wait and I am still waiting. It is now, the end of February. No reply to my email dated 19th February, asking for an update. No phone line available to speak to the company. This is a very bad first shopping experience with this company.

Absolute disgrace this company. I ordered a chair from them which stated in stock paid for it to be told it was out of stock I have been promised this chair since August last year, this was purchased as I lost both my parents within 2 months of each other and it was bought for a quite reflection area. I am still waiting I have had to chase to get an update to be told lie after lie and a promise of money back they have had my money for over 7 months and still no email from them they are a nightmare and after reading these reviews I will be asking for a refund they can keep the chair, thankfully I paid be credit card and will involve my bank to support getting my money back.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered a rug 2nd dec on the 8/12 still nothing call and email eventually told wait 10 days several more not addressed emails today 19/12 initial email after asking for refund again was told a refund was given last few days …..not me or correct ref number with another person info ….10 unanswered calls and few more direct emails I now have a pending refund with PayPal …..steer clear do not waste time or money go elsewhere

I ordered a Julian Bowen Curve TV unit based on the price and positive Trustpilot reviews. (I did find a lower price elsewhere but negative reviews warned me off.) I had to preorder and expected to wait 3 or 4 weeks but the unit arrived in stock after a couple of weeks and was promptly delivered. It was extremely well packed and I am very pleased. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a desk but decided I wanted to exchange for a different colour. The Pack Design went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the product in a very timely manner. Not only this but the prices of the products are the best I can find on the internet. Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Really disappointing service from the Pack Design. Ordered a coffee table on 27 November and after a lot of chasing I was informed today that it was likely 'lost with the courier' and would be refunded. I would guess that they weren't able to source the stock - it would have been better to be upfront about this rather than wasting our time.
