They're helping me purchase a magic props refill

I’m a huge TMNT fan, so when I saw theory11’s TMNT cards, I knew I had to have them. The art and character choices were awesome and I really enjoyed them. Unfortunately the pack I bought was missing 6 of the Spade cards. When I reached out to see if there was a way I could get the missing cards, theory11 was super fast to reach out and remedy the issue with no problems or questions asked! Like many of the other reviews, Mandy Laterveer handled my concern and was extremely responsive annd helpful! Overall, I am super happy with the cards, the quality, and the customer service.

I love this company’s products! I recently had a slight mishap with one of their products and they resolved it so quickly and efficiently. Mandy Laterveer assisted me and she was so kind and fast at responding. Just a great experience overall!

Mandy has always been helpful when corresponding for Theory11 and The Magician virtual show.

I received a prompt response to my issue and Mandy Laterveer demonstrated a willingness to resolve my missing pieces issue. I will update my review to 5 stars when it is resolved.

Mandy followed up and has completely resolved my issue. I'm very happy with the outcome and recommend Theory 11 puzzles and other products. Awesome!!

The interaction with the team at theory11 was personal AND professional. In this world of automated responses and AI generated communication the responses were timely and concise, which felt respectful.

I accidentally placed an order and when I reached out to the support, my order was cancelled and got a refund almost immediately No questions asked. Great support!!!

I have spent time and money reviewing theory11 products. Being a graphic designer myself, I appreciate the knowledge and craft that creates these decks of cards. And in my interactions with the people of theory11, I’ve received nothing but excellent service. All that said, I still don’t know what the 11th theory is. I know that from what I’ve experienced, it has to have something to do with classic excellence.

They make wonderful decks of cards! We have at least four…
Theory 11 decks are our favorite decks of cards… We’ve even given them his gifts!
If you play cards – these are the only ones to use!
