Browsing cards and had a few questions about availability and such, emailed them late at night and got a response the very next day, fully answered my questions and told me multiple things i could do next! Aside from that the cards look absolutely stunning and I’ll definitely be buying from them in the future!

I'm not sure if this will go out to the company, but I wanted to give a MASSIVE thank-you to theory11 for their AMAZING customer service! My daughter received a theory11 puzzle for her birthday(Stranger Things), and I'm not sure if, in the process of putting the puzzle together, we lost a piece or if it just got left out(not likely in my opinion). Sad to think 1 piece could ruin a whole puzzle but, eh, if you do puzzles like we do, it was the end of the world! I reached out to theory11 hoping to get just the one missing piece, but alas, each puzzle is different. I figured that would be the end of it, and we would just need to accept defeat and get a new puzzle ourselves. NOPE! The amazing rep Mandy, whom I had previously reached out to, offered to either give us 50% off a new puzzle or send us another of the Stranger Things puzzles we had completed. We took her up on the replacement, and today we received it in the mail! You have a lifetime customer from my family(already bought 2 more puzzles). Not only are your puzzles the best I've ever done, but your customer service is amazing too! Thank you and Mandy again for all your help!

I’ve been buying Theory11 products for years now and have always enjoyed the high quality of their products and the prompt delivery when ordering direct from them. I’ve never had an issue with an order previously, but my last order got delivered to the wrong address by UPS (the mistake was all the carrier’s fault). I emailed Theory11 to let them know and within just a few hours they had me a replacement on the way. I was already a big fan of the company- there’s just some of their stuff that is so unique and high quality that they don’t really have competition as far as I’m concerned. Today they were so courteous and helpful handling my problem that I just wanted to take a minute to leave this review to say how much I love the Theory11 team. Every order from them is a reason to get excited at my house, and after my experience today I can tell you that you can trust them to make it right if something unexpected does happen.

So happy to have found Theory 11. Always wanted to learn magic, and loved going to the Magic Castle, and now I get to do it myself with Theory 11!

Excellent customer service from team member Mandy! Had an issue with a particular item with a slight mechanical fault, which was identified via video evidence, and a replacement item was sent after this was confirmed. Overall the item quality is really good but it was just unfortunate that I received a slightly faulty item.

I just would like you guys to know that I absolutely loved your cards and thought they were absolutely amazing yes the cards in the tuck boxes are Splendid and absolutely exquisite. But unfortunately I might have to stop collecting your guys's cards. Because I buy deck box protective sleeves. To protect my cards so they do not get damaged. Like I said I'm a collector so you guys putting on a hanger for retail stores and a sticker kind of pisses a lot of people off and you need to stop doing that I know for a business side it's great but for the collector side. It pisses me off because nobody else does it. What you should just do is say hey if you want to sell our cards. Here's a display and put them all in it and send them stickers so they can put on themselves at the store so then when you ship out cards for us your consumers that are not retail don't have to go to this b******* nonsense. Please and thank you fix this issue please I just got a pack of yours today. And I had the wall hanger part of it was bowed out and bubbled so I tried taking it off and it ripped the cellophane on a limited edition 25th or special edition 25th anniversary Tycoon playing cards I love your cards but please fix thank you. Literally my YouTube channel is called Monarchman because of your Monarch playing cards so please fix.

We had a great experience with this company and their customer service unit. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The support service is really a 5 star the delivery is perfect and same for the packaging however, the web site could have more pictures of the cards and the back of the cards because there are more pictures about the box it self then the actual deck of cards. The box are really pretty but for some deck the backs of the card are disappointing. Despite that, the cards in hand feels great and the custom figure are really fun and beautiful, all the cards are the same size so there is no problem playing with multiple decks. It's probably the best brand to by playing card out there.

If ever I have issues with my shipment, this company deals with absolute professionalism and swiftness, and I know that they work very hard-even overtime-to accomplish customer satisfaction. Even if you write them a last minute letter (I prefer to write over calling), they acknowledge it and correct it as fast as possible. On a couple of occasions, I had certain issues with my shipment; once I was at fault; once it was a technical issue. They dealt with it in a friendly, efficient manner. I’m always impressed with their cordiality and competence!
