Watch was ordered Saturday, had phone call Monday and subsequent calls giving me updates on the status of my order. Watch was received within a few days, far quicker than anticipated despite a hickup with the post office.
Husband was delighted with his 50th birthday present. He said the watch was even better then he thought it would be.
No hesitations in recommending these people. This was the first time I had dealt with the company. If I need another watch for my husband I would certainly not hesitate in returning to this company. Maybe he could buy me one next time?

Great Service
I ordered a TW steel from this company on thursday and recieved it the very next day as promised. Watch is perfect and customer service was great. They called me a few minutes after i placed my order to confim my details and to let me know i would recieve an email later that day to confirm it had left. I got the email to confirm my tracking and the watch next day so a very happy customer. Paul Ryder
