They play the blame game, Take your money and your time. Do not use!!
I ordered a key ring with some personalisation. The delivery did not take too long, however on opening the wording was incorrect.
I attempted to contact the seller via shop (which tracks Etsy purchases/reviews. Five days later the seller contacted me to apologise stating they had not received my review but asked me to produce my own translation (they blamed the interpreters they use).
I used google translate and sent it to them. On 19th December 24 they stated they were putting it in post first class but asked me to change my review. Stupidly I changed it.
24th december I queried it as still not received and they said they would send me proof of posting on day stated (19th).
27th December no proof of posting received. No gift received.
Reported to Etsy for money back as they go against Etsy standards. Do not use them. I would give them 0 if I could.
