Easy to order. Took a couple of weeks to arrive as came from overseas which I didn’t realise until after I’d ordered. Good communication with updates on delivery. I ordered the personalised heart gemstone necklace. I would have preferred the names to have been written bigger.

Small issue quickly resolved. So happy with the new product!
I reported the issue with the earrings & they were very quickly replaced with a new set of earrings of the same kind. She has already worn them twice since receiving the replacement set & has gotten complements on them both times!
