I watched this site for months trying…
I watched this site for months trying to decide what to purchase. I decided on the multiple name balance bead necklace with my grandchildren's names. I chose the gold vermeil. When I finally ordered, I quickly received an acknowledgement and was kept informed of where my order was in the process. Today it arrived just as promised with a tracking email that said it was delivered to my mailbox. I am thrilled to say it meets all of my expectations and I can hardly wait to try it on!

I ordered a Mother's Day Bracelet with…
I ordered a Mother's Day Bracelet with engraved names on the two charms. Customer service contacted me and told me I could only have 8 characters and that the names were too long...fix the order or get a credit. I told them that they should have advertised the number requirement prior to me making the order, and that I don't want a credit but a refund. They have not gotten back to me. NOT a good way to do business! Seems underhanded to me!!

Unfortunately, the changes you requested aren’t something we’re able to accommodate due to the character limitations on the design.

I was able to design a bracelet for my granddaughter with her three daughters names on it. It is absolutely beautiful. Exactly as I had ordered and as lovely as could be. Her girls were excited to see their names on the bracelet, and she absolutely loved it. She even commented out a beautiful box that came in. I highly recommend this company and their product.

I ordered name earrings with my name for one earlobe and my husbands name for my other earlobe and it was beautiful. They were larger than I expected which was great! My husband really liked the idea of having different names on each ear. The company kept me updated through emails on the status of delivery. I purchased a name tag necklace can’t wait for it to arrive.
