Sent a tracking that doesn't work and it has been 12 days. Was then offered a 20% refund but not told that my product would ever be shipped. Strong reseervations that this is a scam.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered their Nerve Brand product, a one-time purchase. A month later, I got an email from my bank, notifying me that they had stopped a transaction from these guys, alerting me that they were attempting to charge my card for another purchase. The company also sent me an email stating that my card was declined for the attempted transaction. They replied back saying that I had signed up for a subscription. I KNOW that I didn't. It was only a one-time purchase because I wanted to test the product. So they told me that they would cancel future purchases until I contacted them to purchase again. Well, a few days ago I get an email thanking me for subscribing to another one of their products. They charged my card and this time the transaction went through. I contacted them telling them I never purchased the product and to cancel the transaction and refund my money. They refused, telling me the product had shipped. I attempt to go to their web site, searching for a phone number. I find out their so-called web site is not even set up. They're using a Shopify cart to take your money. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY!!!

They scammed me, but don't fall for it. In fact, Amazon saw how many fake reviews this company flooded them with, so they disabled reviews except for verified purchases - that's how far this company went to fraudulently promote this garbage

Scam. Order never sent, no tracking info provided. Request for refund made promptly. Getting evasive email responses. Awful customer service. Sounds like bait and switch is their MO.

When I first received the nerve brand order and found that I could not drink it, I did as follows:
Please cancel this order. I have attempted to do so unsuccessfully. I had a bleeding ulcer in my esophagus, passed out, vomited a third of my blood, and ambulanced to hospital for blood transfusion. When I took your product, I suffered burning in my throat and began burping and feeling the same sensation in my esophagus as when I was hospitalized. So, I cannot use the product that I already have. When I ordered in February there was a statement "30-day return" and the 30 days are almost up, but no way that I have found to return the product!
While I was dealing with that order, they charged me for another order of the same product! I immediately emailed them to cancel, and they stated that they could not as it had already shipped. I checked and found that not to be true. They then countered with the following:
I understand that you wish to cancel your order #10342. However, as the order has already been fulfilled we are unable to process a cancellation at this point.
After trying many times, and refusing their offer to refund me 20% and informing them that I would appeal to the BBB, they sent me the following:

They threatened me to take the 20% or else, clearly an attempt at extortion, on a small scale perhaps, but an attempt at extorsion nonetheless!
I then had my bank refund me for the second charge – they would have done the same for the first but it was too late.
I then received an new email stating the they had no idea why I had pursued a refund and would I please let them know the reason – They are a complete scam operation, out to get your money no matter what. I will respond to them no longer, but will continue to do all that I can to let as many people no about them as possible! I firmly believe that their reviews are fake, and they don’t appear on any lists of recommended nootropics products

Liked the product enough to order it again but again the delivery time is now over 3weeks like the first time & the customer support is lacking in follow up, tracking information and respect. Customer support is extremely hard to get.
