The paper is beautiful, will be making it up into a journal with a stitched cover. All came boxed and wrapped in tissue.

I am so sorry that you were disappointed by the delivery. I have just checked the details of your order and I can see that the order was placed on Etsy.
It’s worth noting that the order was placed on a bank holiday weekend.
As you chose the standard delivery option, Etsy provided an estimated delivery date of 2nd June when the order was placed. I can see from the tracking information that the order was delivered on 31st May (so 2 days earlier than expected). You were provided with tracking information as soon as the item was dispatched and did not contact us to follow up until 31st May. We responded the same day. No further action was needed as you then confirmed that the item had been delivered.
Whilst the order did take 6 days to arrive, 2 of those days were days lost by the bank holiday weekend when we were unable to ship.
We do offer a next day delivery service but even if you had chosen that service on a bank holiday weekend, the earliest your order would have arrived would have been 28th May.
I am sorry that you have been disappointed by our service. We do try really hard to provide a good service. If you had contacted us at the time the order was placed, we would have made every effort to get the order to you more quickly. However, if you check your Etsy order details, you will be able to see that Etsy considered the order to be on time. Rather than being 2 days late, it was actually delivered 2 days earlier than the time provided when you placed the order.
Etsy does provide an estimate delivery time which can be clearly seen before an order is placed.
Once again I am sorry that we did not meet your expectation. You are very welcome to return the item if you are not satisfied.

Wonderful, efficient service experienced regarding my purchase of lovely items sold by the Natural Paper Company. An unexpected bonus too, in the shape of a free mat that was included as the owner thought it was better for wax seals than the one I had purchased. I haven't used either yet, but I am looking forward to seeing if that is the case.

Lovely!
I thought the shipping price was very fair for being international and was also pleasantly surprised by how quick it was. All the waxes I ordered were well packaged. I never needed to reach out to customer service or anything like that but the overall ordering experience was very easy and chill.
