This is the second time I have used Dawn and the team following a very calm, reassuring and fluent process the first time around.
With the mortgage/finance world a blur to me at times (especially the current state of play) I just wanted someone to guide me through all the steps along the way and hold my hand throughout telling me things will all be ok.........Dawn, Zoe and Sinead did exactly that.
As I live a busy and hectic life I needed to know it was all in control and in order.......the guys at 'The Mortgage Partners' gave me all the reasons to stay calm and allow the process to flow.
No query was ever an issue, no question was ever ignored and they even kept me up to date regularly with the progress.
I have no reason to ever think I'd use any other mortgage supplier now, Dawn and the guys not only make the entire daunting process run smoothly but also do it with a personal touch and not just because you are a 'paying customer'.

First time buyer so not got any previous experience and didn't know what to expect but they talked me through everything and made sure I understood and was happy with it all.

Made the process going from a MIP to getting my mortgage offer as simple and stress free as possible. Had an issue, no fault of theirs but they were straight on it, didn't mess around and got it sorted for me and kept me updated every step of the process.

Hayley was amazing throughout every stage of our remortgage process. She helped us identify the most suitable mortgage terms and discussed every option is detail so we could make the best decision for our circumstances. When we had a clear understanding of what we needed from our mortgage, Hayley found the lowest monthly rate and kept us updated during the application process. We did have a life insurance policy, but Hayley reviewed the terms and found ways of improving the level of cover without increasing the price. The whole process was made stress free, even with the completion looming and solicitor actions outstanding, we knew Hayley and the team would be on the case to push it through! Thank you very much!

I was recommended TMP by a friend and he was right; they have been supportive (I was one of the poor people buying a house as mortgage rates rocketed daily) and responsive throughout the process. My previous advisor was taking days to reply to questions or advise on new rates, which meant I was being provided with out of date information on how much my repayments would be. TMP replied quickly and honestly, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I rarely give any company the full five stars but in the case of The Mortgage Partners I am willing to make an exception, because they are, well, exemptional!

Hayley is friendly and attentive to your needs and very experienced and knowledge on the mortgage sector. She voraciously and clearly explains the, often, quite complex options available and has a genuine desire to find you the best possible mortgage offer.

Ever since I timidly enquired about the possibility of remortgaging back in July, Hayley and Jack have been holding our hands and supporting us through the roller coaster ride that we found ourselves on.

We had all the problems, slow lender, house being valued lower than expected, even our original solicitor turning down the conveyancing work because they were too busy! Hayley was the voice of calm through it all.
