An order placed in late afternoon was ready for collection next morning, everything I asked for was available, the price of the paint and cement was better than I can find elsewhere, first class friendly service, I wish six stars were available, they deserve them.

Fast, prompt service, only improvement would be an email notification saying that the item has been shipped, other than that it was great!

Fast service and purchase was well packed with speedy delivery 100 percent happy !

Ordered and paid for a birthday present from the website. Phone call from the model shop within an hour saying everything was ready to collect. Sister collected for me. Excellent service. Will use again.

The order for three kites contained one that was out of stock .I received a phone call and a refund was quickly organised. The other two arrived quickly and were reshipped to the grandchildren .

It was a real pleasure to use the model shop. They provided flexible and friendly customer service. This enabled me to order the exact toy I wanted for my Son’s birthday at a much better price than I had seen advertised elsewhere. I was even able to click and collect gifts that had been bought by family members. This type of customer care goes a long way in my view. I can’t wait to visit the shop with my Boy and explore more of what they have on offer once we are out of Lockdown.
