Scamming, robbing, thieving, lying b*stards. Only thing we received from you was a roll of tape. Hope you enjoy your karma.

I waited weeks and weeks for my order which never arrived. Terrible communication from the company and I then ended up with a roll of tape like many other people who ordered from here. Would give 0 stars if that was possible. This company is a total scam!! Do not waste your money!

This is a scam. Exactly the same story as everyone else here. Received a weird roll of red sticky tape after months of nothing being delivered. The website now doesn’t appear to exist…I paid through Klarna so have started the process with them but will also be reporting to Action Fraud and my bank. Honestly can’t believe it but reading this thread, all makes sense.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! SCAMMERS they take peoples money and send them a tiny roll of tape. I wish I was lying 😭 please don’t fall into the trap I did. I used Klarna pay in 3 and they haven’t helped at all I have been fobbed off at every opportunity and I’m fed up with it now

You will never get your order, only a roll of celotape from China.

What a scam ! It’s been two months and nothing. Have tried emailing, no response! And like everyone else I have received expensive tape. I will be contacting my bank to put a fraudulent claim in and report it to the trading agency.

FRAUD !!! Disgusting. The same experience as all of the others on here just annoyed at myself for not seeing these before I ordered a mirror from The Mirrors House. Received some tape in the post yet no mirror. No replies to emails. I have raised the dispute with Klarna in hopes of getting my money back. DO NOT BUY

I received a roll of tape a few weeks ago and had no idea what it was about until I read these reviews today! I ordered back in December and emailing multiple times I am now not receiving a reply, I am currently disputing this with my bank trying to get my money back

Scam site… beware. My story is identical to the others reported on this site. I also strangely received a small reel of tape but did not receive my order. I have reported this to Action Fraud and my bank.

The same story as everyone else - I ordered a mirror and a few weeks later received a small roll of red tape from Belgium. Have come across this page and realised the company isn’t legit. Estimated delivery is also extremely far away and has a 2 week window which doesn’t make sense for the delivery of a large mirror. AVOID AVOID

Paid by Klarna, which frankly is taking it's sweet time to address the issue.

People work hard for their money and companies like this make the world a nasty place! How hard is it to be honest nowadays. It's such a shame because we've put our trust in a 'company' we never should have. What is this world coming to. I'm so disappointed.

Scam site. No response no mirror just very expensive sellotape fully tracked and posted by Royal Mail. Do not use this site.

SCAM!! Bought mirror only payment option through Klarna. Waited for mirror but never arrived. Phone number doesn’t work. Emails unanswered. Instagram account doesn’t allow comments… messaged directly but no response. Then bizarrely received a tiny package of wall stickers from China in todays post.

I can’t believe I fell for this scam but as an adult I know the price of mirrors I should have expected it.

I wish I could give zero stars, but I can’t - so they’ll get the 1. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely disgusting what they are doing to people. Especially with times as they are at the moment! Massive con artists! Ordered a mirror back in December, nothing arrived. Had one email back with a “tracking link” I guessed something was wrong when it didn’t move from the location for over a week - contacted on multiple occasions with no reply at all! And then… I also received a miniature roll of cello tape. Must be some hilarious joke to them! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!!!!! The 5 star reviews are clearly the “staff” or family members because it’s absolute crap what they’re saying. I’ve managed to get a refund via my bank thankfully! DISGUSTING FRAUDSTERS!

This is a scam. I bought two mirrors. Repeated requests for tracking information ignored. Phone number listed on their site is false. Have informed Instagram too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Has anyone managed to get a refund ? This is a joke no email back. Constant emailing them, also trying Klarna to get a refund even sent the tape BACK through recorded delivery and they’ve signed ..
