I’ve just received my black 5mm Cuban necklace, and wow! The quality is amazing. Originally I was going to buy a solid gold one, but the prices were far beyond what I could afford. I stumbled across the Metzi website while searching online and liked the look of the black jewellery. Glad I ordered….. definitely recommend. Thanks from a very happy customer.

First, the bracelets I ordered are GORGEOUS. They feel great and look amazing. Second, the packaging was fancy and clean. I know that’s small potatoes, but it made the whole unboxing experience fun lol. Lastly, tracking info and post-purchase care was fantastic. I can definitely recommend Metzi to anyone who may be on the fence about making a first purchase!

This has to be the highest quality inexpensive jewelry I've ever purchased!! I ordered the 5mm midnight tennis bracelet and couldn't believe how many compliments I received when I wore it!

Not really impressed with the jewelry. Stayed shiny for about 2 days and I really don’t think the chain is 24” in length.

Never seen a black tennis chain shine like this one! Great overall quality.. It's perfectly straight and even, lays flat, has a very nice clasp that's not bulky. 10/10. Will be ordering the bracelet.

Loved the product - they looked amazing. Would be helpful to have more size guidance tho - I am a woman (169cm/56kg) and the two smallest sizes fit me fine.

Pretty sure I got scammed by this company because my order never arrived and when I reached out, I never heard back. Really disappointed, will have to charge back on my card.
Edit: the jewelry arrive, albeit long after the quoted timeline. I am disappointed that my inital outreach to customer service went unanswered. I was only addressed after leaving thia poor review, so for that reason I am only rating 4 stars. The bracelet itself seems very attractive and good quality and I'm actually disappointwd that I didn't order more pieces from them.

Second bracelet I have bought from this company and have been pleased with both products. The bracelets are very well made and both my sons love them.

This necklace is awesome! Shines beautifully. No issues. Not even with the clasp. Easy on. Easy off. Shipping was fast. Id review the customer service only I never needed it. Everything everything from ordering, to timely delivery, and right down to the quality and ease of wear. It's perfect! I only wish I had purchased the thicker one as I am a bigger guy. But that was my fault.

I found these bracelets on Facebook and fell in love with their style, as well as their aesthetic. So, I ordered two of them. When I originally received them, I realized I had ordered the wrong sizes and had a little issue with the clasp on one of the tennis bracelets. So I proceeded to reach out to Metzis support team and all I can say is WOW their customer service was out of this world they stayed in contact with me throughout the whole return process big shout out to Luke! I finally received my return yesterday and the new size fits amazing and they also personally made sure everything was in working order before sending my return back to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about making a purchase. I will be ordering again as soon as there is a restock of the Ember collection. I couldn't be more satisfied with how everything turned out.

Quality black jewellery at a good price, feels very solid and well-made and comes with a little pouch!

Easy to do business with great product, looks more expensive then it is. Clasp took some force to unlock for the first time but works like a charm. Will do business again and explore their other pieces.

Extremely satisfied with my ring order, I did want a size 11 for my ring finger but it came size 12, no biggie though, since my index finger is a size 12.

Fast shipping. It was packaged nicely. The red stone black bracelet was as described. Well made and really stands out well. The man's black stone black chain necklace is also well made. I wear it constant, to work and in the shower, it does not leave any green on me. I think it's worth it.

The brackets were great made so well but I have a friend that wished you would make the eternal heart Braclet little larger like a 8 or 81/2 inch she really liked the one I got but was too small for her wrist would purchase one if it was the larger size

I love it 10mm the perfect size what I was looking for and 20 inch in length.

I got the jewelry well-packaged and within a reasonable amount of shipping time. Unfortunately, neither I, nor the person I got it for can get the box clasp open on either the necklace or the bracelet. We closed the clasps one time to see how everything worked and we can't get the clasps back open. I reached out to the company to find out how to open the box clasp without damaging it and I was flatly ignored. They took our money and won't even support or stand by their product. Don't buy this jewelry if you actually intend to wear it.
