Fraud Company, trying to hold me to ransom. Do not go here

FRAUD COMPANY!
-They did not give my website back, and STOLE my backup files!! They gave me a false database file and said it was mine, when you can see it was not! My website is basically GONE.
-They do not refresh your website, and then try and make you pay extra for bugs!
-they make you pay for things and force you and tell you it is compulsory when it is NOT
- TRADING ILLEGALLY WHILE BEING DISSOLVED

STAY AWAY

The initial website took 9 months to complete. This was supposed to take 4 weeks.

I was told it had to be hosted by them due to a vps not being adequate. Only they could operate the website. Hosting offered at £699.00 for the year. I rejected it as way more than the £50.00 a year we were paying.
It was lowered to £300.00, which we paid and the website went live.

A few months later we are told that without paying for security (on their servers), our website can't be hosted. We were then offered a price of......£699.00 per year. Which i refused to pay. Our website is offline now and had been for months. All we wanted was a good looking website that was custom made, instead our website is held hostage by this company.

They look like they are in Liverpool, don't be fooled. I will be taking this to court when we can afford it, be careful using Bark. My fingers are well and truly burned.

ITS A SCAM COMPANY.
This company called me over zoom after seeing my advert for a website on Bark, with a fantastic sales pitch telling me how they had completed websites for several companies in a similar industry to mine. I know one of these companies they mentioned well so contacted them to see if this was true. It was a complete lie they hadn't done their site. Metafounders are also not registered with companies house. If you look up their phone number nothing comes up on google. I confronted them about this and heard nothing. Not trust worthy at all so avoid at all costs.

After speaking to many different website designing companies it was clear to me that the Meta Founders were the best at what they do. I initially had Matthew designing my website and it was done within the time scale that he stated it would be and to a very high quality. I was able to pick all the images and writing that i wanted on my website and was given updates regularly to ensure it was what i wanted.
I was later passed onto Katherine and she went above and beyond my expectations at creating a booking system that worked perfectly for our business needs - the time scale was met and she talked me through how to use everything so that both me and my customers can you is with ease. She was more than happy to tweak and change things until i was 100% happy and my experience with the Meta Founders has been positive from start to finish. Id recommend them to anybody. You get full support from start to finish.

Complete scamming company with no intentions of helping you other than trying to charge extra for bugs they put on your website then try charge you for extra security, communication was pathetic and sometimes when called sounded like one of his mates answered the phone to make a prank! Very very unprofessional (Unlike before they take your money!)

I was in the middle of having a website built and half way through everything got worse and worse, so much so the website was half built with lots of bugs and viruses then them trying to scam you for more money for protection that we should of already had!

COURTCASE GOING IN ON THIS!

Sorry I'm not a complainer but we have a very bad experience with this company. Invested money to build a Web site and found that communication was very poor failing to contacts us alot and wouldn't respond to any requests. And are web site kept getting bugs that they wanted extra money to fix sorry but can't help feeling that we have been scammed. 😡

Scam company! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Scam company. Take your money from you and partially build a website. Try add on lots of other fees then when you want to take over your own site they refuse login details. Seeing a solicitor over it currently. Complete scam.

Alan was very professional and reassuring in the way he talked me through the questions asking for info required for the team to design the logo. He agreed to do the logo design within my budget. I was very happy with the final logo and will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

Excellent service conducted by the meta founders, I was looking for a logo for my business and they delivered that with some very professional graphics and art work, they exceeded my expectations not just that, but they were very helpful in going back and Forwards with my design and to deliver the final product which I am extremely happy about, I thought it would be hard to get a logo that I love but the one I have is going global and I have the meta founders to thank for this and for them for being so patient and professional at all times with me, it’s much appreciated, I will always recommend Alan and is team at the meta founders for there hard work and kindness in this project, if you are looking for a website design/logo, please do reach out to this team, you will not be disappointed with there service and there product as a whole, I will certainly be working with the meta founders again for my website design, there is no other company that I want to use!
