Shirt was framed and available for collection in super quick time, Dan was very responsive and helpful.

Never replied to my email as to where the product in question was! Took nearly three weeks to arrive despite paying 1st class post and packaging that cost more than the product and then got hit with a bill by Customs for the cost of 75% of the product value because the UK have left the European Union - won't be using you EVER again and will WARN people not to use your website either!

Great experience getting four framed jerseys from the UK to the west coast of Canada. They arrived well packaged and in terrific form. Dani was responsive on email and followed up on my questions professionally.

This store is just the absolute best!! I visited London for the first time and found the shop on the match day while heading to the game! I saw one of the custom framed Saka kits and just knew I needed it. I reached out to Dan about coming back to the store a different day and he opened the store up for me personally so that I could see the the shirt in person again before I bought it. We worked out shipping to the US and everything. The item arrived super fast, packaged incredibly well and in immaculate shape! The item is absolutely beautiful, it now sits as the center price of my man cave and I could not have gotten a better experience then I did!! All in all Dan is an absolutely amazing guy and his stuff is top tier!!

It was amazing service and the company are great. I didn’t get a receipt but they were happy to help and received my order very fast.

Packed two frames together and one of them got destroyed. Minimal padding and packing and only 1mm cover for the frame which is the cheapest kind. Paid for express shipping on all items but he only shipped the sabotaged items through express and the rest through Royal Mail. If you are considering ordering internationally then I strongly do not recommend.

i bought the large original crest mug. it's great. not a bucket like those huge sports direct mugs. about 30% bigger than a normal mug - perfect. Crest is printed crisp and big. it's lovely

I had an incorrect item dispatched, I emailed and had a response within hours apologising and explaining the correct item would be sent and the incorrect item collected, two days later and the item is here. Awesome customer service which isn’t always seen with companies and very happy with the product received. Will definitely shop here again
