They are fraudsters simple! Ordered a pair trainers for £400 they obviously havnt got the stock so why advertise them and why not be straight with customers instead of ignoring them and holding onto their money no reply to 5 emails sent so taking matter further to trading standards.

Ordered a jumper at £260 on the 8th December, emailed to be told there was a delay, have since emailed again and had no reply.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.
Jumper has eventually arrived no communication from them!
I get it’s a busy time of year but a bit reassurance for your customers wouldn’t go a miss!!

Absolutely shocking customer service and never believe they have ur stuff to u in 3 days. Bought cargos,was guaranteed them 4days later to then be lied to saying they wer posted,then lied to again saying they sent email with tracking to then be ignored and have my chat disabled by someone. Then i get refund thankfully after making complaints to other places. Odd that i got a refund after being told they had been posted tho. Shocking way to run a business and certainly wont be bk here. Id 100% avoid as they seem to sell stuff they dont have and lie to ppl until they source the item

Shop cancelled my order for no reason explaining, but i pay full amount via Klarna and now im trying to get a refund but Luxurious Shop didn’t registered a cancellation so Klarna can’t do a refund for me. Customer service is shocking. Ordered a pair of Off White sliders, which initially the delivery took an extra 4 days than described online (ok this happens). The complete wrong pair turned up, which wasn’t even on the website, so not sure if they was far cheaper pair or not. I emailed explaining the situation, asking for the best way to sort this with no response. Followed the email up with 2 others and also online chats and messages, all of which was ignored. The sliders being sent wrong I can live with mistakes happen, they are actually a nice pair (which is lucky). The no response isn’t good enough though from a company selling high end products at a high price tag, without the capacity for any after sales correspondence or duty of care
