Order received this morning and it’s a lovely pair of shoes. Very well packed and they are true to size. Very happy with the quality aswel. Thank you to customer services who were very helpful.

After waiting just over 2 weeks for a pair of shoes to arrive I was shocked! They have just turned up in the post, no box just in bubble wrap and in a celotaped bag. The quality for the price is terrible! The gems are unsticking already, these are literally what I could have bought from ahein for half the price and quicker delivery to be honest. I expect if I return I'd have to pay for them so there's no point but I certainly will not be using the look edit again.

Customer services have always been so nice and willing to go the extra mile for their customer…..well for me they have anyways.

Quality of the clothes is great, even though sometimes their delivery times could be better in all honesty.

Clothes are true to size and I’ve just placed a new order for a pair of boots but going by what I’ve gotten so far I’m sure I’ll love them but leave more feedback when they arrive.

Legit website. Order arrived just on time. Quality was great, actually quite impressed.

Best customer service I received in a long time.

I needed a dress for an event and I asked them if there was anything at all they could do to help get it to me any quicker than their standard delivery time and not only did they manage to send get it to me before the end of the week the dress is drop dead, heart stopping it gorgeous!!!!!

I’m honestly so grateful that they managed to pull it off they definitely deserve the 5 stars and I will be making sure my friends go and shop there, very impressed with how I was treated.

Love this website, been a customer for a while now and I’ve bought a quite a few pieces. I’ve sent items back and it was sorted out without any fuss in a matter of days and I’ve always appreciated how upfront they are, which a lot of businesses are definitely not. This last order was for a pair of boots and again I love them, the fit is true to size and they are real leather aswell which is fab. Very happy customer

I bought the denim jacket with the pearls in the back and seriously I am obsessed!!!! It’s so gorgeous and exactly as pictured on their website. Delivery was pretty good aswell, can’t complaint but I am sooo happy with the jacket, can’t wait to show it off!!!

I purchased from this business for the first time and I have no complaints. The shoes they were delivered are lovely and I have no issues with the quality. They were well packed and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Customer services were also very helpful and I enjoyed my experience shopping with them.

So having written a review a few weeks ago I once again find myself writing a 2nd.
As this company DO NOT refund I found myself with 2 credit notes and I was not going to leave them keep my money.
I ordered a hand bag and a dress.
Now you would think that as this company claims to be legit and after copious amounts of emails with my first order you would expect them to go out of their way to prove my previous complaint and review were a one off. Sadly no.
The parcel was again late not within the 7-14 days claimed on the site.
The site claims the bag is leather, if it is it's a very poor quality coat of leather, it's a cheap market quality bag that vaguely resembles it's pictures on line.
I am writing here again just in the hope that people read the bad reviews and avoid shopping with this company.
The bad reviews have very similar themes and are then responded to by brilliant reviews cleverly pulling the honest ones apart.
The site sells poor cheap quality items shipped in from China and to be honest SHEIN offer better quality, better delivery time, better prices for the quality of the purchase and far better customer service and transparent returns policy.
I am still waiting for the dress to arrive so who knows maybe just maybe I will be able to write a good review. But I won't hold my breath.
