DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE CROOKS.

Ordered face masks back in November email to say order is being processed and nothing since. No masks no reply to any contact apart from auto responses. Have raised dispute with bank but getting nowhere.

I only put 1 star because it won't let me put none. I ordered some utensils back in August and I have had nothing. They refuse to answer emails other than to send an auto response saying they are working on delayed orders. Obviously a massive scam. Don't touch them with a barge pole. I'm particularly angry because the utensils were supposed to be a birthday present to me from my parents. I haven't told them yet that they've been ripped off. I know they'll be really upset

Placed an order for utensils in December 2020 and have had nothing yet. Sent multiple emails, with no reply, and have tried to find a phone number without any luck.
Looked on here for reviews and everyone seems to be having the same problem and the only reply from The Lockdown Kitchen is to a positive review stating that they wished everyone was as understanding as someone that received their items. Clearly do not want to help or put anyone’s mind at rest.
Do not order from them!!

I ordered a set of kitchen utensils mid November, as I thought in plenty of time for xmas. As of today 5th Feb 2021, still no goods, no reply to emails either. Please dont waste your money folks..

So after placing an order from this site for kitchen utensils at the beginning of January still no goods, several emails sent with no acknowledgement so if I were you I’d save your money as I fear this is a scam website,

I received my masks after about a month, but in all honesty did not expect them at all after reading reviews, so was very grateful for them and they fit well. People always want express, but it is not really express times....Thank you

Waited over 6 weeks for delivery and when it arrived it was damaged.

Ordered beginning of Nov 2020 / face masks, never arrived. Been chasing for months, order didn't get past the ordered stage on tracking, automated replies, same reply to every message via E mail whether it be me chasing my order or requests to cancel and refund - same reply! My bank got my money back for me a few days ago. Do not order from them. Also says it's a computer software company?? Selling face masks and kitchen stuff...

Can anyone help on this subject of not receiving goods , who do we report this to? This lockdown kitchen is a total scam but they have got away with taking money and not supplying goods. Surely something can be done about this, they should be prosecuted

I ordered a set of lockdown kitchen utensils on 4/11/20 , I have not received them .I have ema lied and asked when they would be delivered because this was a Christmas present. Automated replies each time saying they are experiencing delays . Asked for a refund , no reply. Rubbish service , will get in touch with PayPal to see if they can get my money back. Do not make the same mistake, do not use them.

Ordered face masks on the 20th November. The money was taken straight away but the product never arrived.

Took nearly 4 weeks to come as although they advertise uk they come from China ordered purple on arrival look faded stick to uk companies

12-11-20, ordered 50 face masks , cloud design, £19-99p. Still awaiting delivery of masks. Sent several emails to the company emails just bounce back saying manufacture issues. What a load of bull. Theses are con people at there best. Getting police and trading standard involved now. These people have to be stopped. Named and shamed.
