Absolutely love using the little loop! I have been a customer for almost a year and have had some lovely clothes for both my kids. All my favourite brands and I swap as often as I like, some pieces I keep for months and other times I swap for special occasions etc. couldn’t fault the service for both renting and buying ⭐️

I've been using Little Loop to rent clothes for my little boy for over a year now, after first seeing Charlotte on Dragons Den! It's a great service, with good quality clothing. I love that we can regularly change his wardrobe without spending a fortune, whilst also having a positive impact on the planet.
More recently, I also ordered two of their 'clear-out bags' and sent off clothes that I'd planned on taking to the charity shop. Those two bags gave me over £37 credit to use to buy more preloved clothes. Such a great idea! Easy and fuss free! Thank you Charlotte 😊

Great experience.
Good selection of clothing. Shipping was relatively fast. Clothing was of great quality.
We only bought clothing, we do plan on using them more in the future and love the returns feature for store credit.
The only minor negative is the navigation of the website on mobile device.
We have recommended to all family and friends with children.

Communication was initially bad - but has now been much improved
UPDATE: Have since heard from the company off the back of this review and they have been very helpful in resolving my queries. They have checked thorough my returned items, issued me my traded in credits and then when i choose some items from the site to redeem my credits they sent these out very quickly for me. Thank you for sorting this for me Little Loop :-)
Mirroring people below really. love the idea of this service but customer service MUST be improved. Ordered 1 set of green clothes swap bags, waited a month and they never came. Ordered another set which did come but took about 2 weeks to arrive. Then having sent my clothes a couple of weeks ago there is no confirmation of receipt which would be really useful. If you are struggling then consider hiring some freelance help to get you some automated emails set up so that these waits are minimised. This is something I (Miriam Eglen on LI) or a large number of other marketing freelancers could help with. Really need to improve this ASAP as other companies are springing up offering similar services with a much slicker customer experience.

Dear Miriam. Thanks for your patience while we looked into your case. Regarding the first set of bags which you mentioned ordering but didn't arrive, our records indicate that there was an attempted order from you in our payment system on 29.11.23. However your payment didn't go through and so we didn't receive that initial order.
Your subsequent order, made on 8 January was shipped on 10th January so we're unsure of the reason behind the delay you experienced however we do know that Royal Mail are experiencing some delivery issues. Unfortunately, such delays are beyond our control, but we understand the frustration they cause.
As we've mentioned below we believe in continuous improvement and have already made several improvements to this service which is very new. The first improvement which we made immediately following the review below, is to enable notifications (from Royal Mail) when a bag is received at our office. We regret that this adjustment wasn't in place earlier to prevent your experience, however, we sincerely appreciate your input. Your bags have now been processed so we hope that you've now received our email notifying you of your credit - please do add us to your safe sender list to ensure you receive our emails.

Really enjoying little loop so far. The customer service is truly amazing, and everything is answered super quick. My only downside would be that the clothes on the website for rent don’t seem to be renewed that often? I haven’t seen any new items for a little while.

The clothes are all lovely, this is a genius concept which works really well. It's super easy to swap the clothing & when a pair of shorts were lost at nursery, it was dealt with amazingly well by customer care & it was a minimal fee to cover the lost shorts. I'm able to change clothes with the season for my little ones & able to adjust sizes, too - as the children grow so fast!! Absolutely adore the little loop! Plus I've even earned money off by using their clear out bags to declutter our wardrobes. This is so fantastic & my only wish is that I'd found it sooner!!

Love the collection of clothes and option to select the wear and tear one can accept. However the email support can be better and it can be clearly specified that the pricing for credits doesn’t include shipping costs for both returning and new clothes! You would think a swap should cost you one charge but it isn’t the case. So a bit disappointing on that front.

This is such a brilliant idea, it's really changed how I shop for my children. We started renting a year ago and as a result, I'm spending less money on buying cheap clothes, less clutter at home and the boys are wearing gorgeous great quality clothing. I tend to rent their weekend clothes and more recently have been buying clothes for nursery from the little loop although most of them are so lovely I'm tempted to wear them for best!
I have tried the clear out service and received a credit for the items I had sent, which I can spend on the site.
Overall, it's a fantastic idea and brilliant experience! Thank you!

I used to go to charity shops or Vinted to find second-hand clothes for my toddler, but charity stock is hit and miss and with Vinted once you've added up all of the shipping cost is not that cheap - and you can't return anything, and the quality is hit and miss as well... I found exactly what I wanted on thelittleloop, it's super simple and you don't find any fast fashion items! This is now my first go-to shop for any kid's second-hand clothes

Clear- Out Bags - Amazing Idea!
I absolutely love the Clear-Out bag idea - super easy, good for the planet and with the added bonus of making some money to spend on a few bits from TheLittleLoop Outlet store!
The bags came quickly and I immediately filled them - had been having a bit of a sort out - arranged a free collection and within a few days I had an email informing me about the whereabouts of my items. Was really informative, told me how many items had been recycled, how many had been put for resale and how many had been donated to charities - was really nice to see that the clothes had gone on to bigger and better things than just cluttering up our wardrobes! You are then given a code for the amount of credit you have accrued and can use it on any of the amazing clothes, new and used, in the Outlet! Amazing - fantastic idea! 😁

Clear Out Pack is a great initiative
I've been using the Little Loop for a couple of years now for my children, aged 4 and 2. I recently ordered a Little Loop Clear Out Pack which I thought was a great idea to recycle and reuse their old clothes, but with the added incentive of the voucher to spend in the Little Loop online shop. My daughter finds it especially hard to get rid of clothes that no longer fit, but it really helped her to feel confident and happy about giving things away to be used for other little girls!
